First and only store we did our ring shopping at because Jeremy was just that good. There was never uncomfortable pressure, just a genuine willingness to help me explore options and figure out exactly what I wanted. I truly believe this experience couldn’t be duplicated at another store.

I walked into Reeds Jewelers with no prior history with them and they were instantly friendly and polite. I asked if they could resize a watch bracelet for me and they were happy to oblige. I didn't even get through one of their beautiful watch displays before Jeremy asked me to see how it fit. The bracelet was sized perfectly. I tried on a couple of other beautiful watches and will be back to buy one as soon as I can decide on which one. Jeremy was a wonderful representative and reflects the great experience of the store. You will see what I mean when you go there.

I collect watches and have around 40. I've been to every store in the Columbia and Lexington area that sells watches and all of them have been a nightmare to deal with. Expect Reeds. Reeds is by far the best. Lacey has helped me with about 20 of my watches and has been a deighlight to deal with she's very professional. In fact all the staff are friendly and professional. This will be the only place I will every go to get any watches or jewel.

Mr. Joe ,store manager and entire staff is amazing. They always give us quality service. The staff will go out of their way to make you happy. This store is a must visit, especially with the holidays not to far away.

I had a bent silver ring from pandora and they told me to go reeds for a repair since my ring is retire and couldn’t get replaced. So I went and showed them my ring. They said they would let me know the estimate. Weeks passed and someone called me and said it would be $10 so I gave them a go ahead since I only paid $75 for my ring I didn’t want to overpay for the repair. Another week went by. Went back to the store and the guy looked at my ring and said “it didn’t look complete…” and also said “it’s supposed to be $60”. I looked at the receipt in the bag he was holding with my ring in and it said $10 and he said it multiple times that it’s $60. I was confused because I know they know you shouldn’t charge that much for cheaper jewelry and if it does cost a lot you should have had clearer communication to not give costumer wrong information.
I looked at my ring and it is still slightly bent. But at that point Im done with it and just decided to keep it. And the guy said he would charge me the price they told me over the phone in the first place so I paid $10. No apologies or whatsoever. I’m not upset about the money because they still did work and tried so I get what I pay for. But I am disappointed about their communication and incomplete work. I don’t recommend this place for a repair. Maybe jewelry shop.

Great experience, welcomed immediately upon entering store. Gentlemen who assisted was knowledgeable and very polite. They took care of my issue. I was in and out in 15 minutes. No negative, only positive comments here.
