Staff not friendly! Came here on 7/14/2023 around 4pm to buy my baby his first pair of shoes. It was such an exciting thing for us. Not only did anyone offer any assistance. The only employee on the floor disappeared. We ended up leaving and taking our business to Journey's where the employees were very friendly, helpful in getting the correct measurements and picking out the right shoes for my little guy. We won’t be back to this location!

At 6:59pm on a Saturday tried to go in to make a return and the sales associate locked the door in my face. She definitely seen me walking to the door. After I make this return this is the last time I will be shopping here. And change your hours online since you so called close at 7pm now.

It was not open at 10:00 am closed. Was not open at 11am or 11:30. No one came to work. This was Sat morning in the Sand Hill location.

So many great options for men, women and children. The only thing for me was trying to find size 13s. Slightly difficult but was able to find a nice pair of Adidas.
