Terrible first time experience! Purchased a new $80000.00 truck a few months ago from this dealership and made an appointment for its first oil change online from a link that they sent me on my phone. After receiving 3 texts reminding me about my appointment at 12pm on Friday 12/29/2023 I showed up at 11:45am and was told that the system shouldn’t have allowed me to make a appointment at that time and I would need to wait at least 2 hours! I live 50 miles from the dealership and would like to have the services done where I bought the truck. Looks like I will get my service at a local Ford shop what a shame.

I worked with Lisa today to get my car's oil changed and tires rotated. From the moment I walked in at 8:30 AM to the time I picked my car up at 5:30, she was lovely. She was so kind to me, and she made me comfortable to return to Quick Lane in the future. Oftentimes, cat maintenance can be a bit overwhelming, but I found working with Lisa to be a wonderful experience! Thank you so much!!

Never coming back. Showed up and had to cancel my appointment the first time because technicians didn't show up to work that day. Rescheduled for the following week, but they had lost the information on my intake form, so had to fill it out again. They took all day for an oil change, and supposedly investigated the noise I reported, but the mileage in/out remained unchanged. They stated they could not hear the sound - even though every passenger I've had has been able to hear it, including my 85-yr old grandmother... They didn't bother to investigate the engine recall I just received for the vehicle, even though it was on the intake form. They then didn't have a shuttle available to pick me up since it was past 5pm on a Friday, so I had to Uber in Saturday morning to pick it up. I then had a $160 bill even though I had written on my form TWICE that I had coverage under the Ford Maintenance plan from my new vehicle purchase this year. Also - $160 for a basic oil change???? I have zero trust in this place and would not recommend anybody taking their vehicle here. I will drive to a different Ford location for further service.Service: Oil change

Come experience RUDENESS AT IT'S Highest here with Ms. Liz working at service. We arrived the service as planned and waited in the car as we usually do for employee to be available and approach us in the line. This lady with at most attitude came and had a time with her nastiness. No customer should be treated as we did. Will be addressing this soon with someone!

Definitely will never come back. Was told tires needed changed soon and they would call back when they get in. No call and I called multiple times to find out what's going on, no answer, left several voice-mails and still no call back

Don't waste your time time going to Classic Ford in Columbia SC. They will waste your hours of your time, blame it on systems being down, come back to you with made up numbers to see what payments you would be accept so they an try to hoodoo you into agreeing to higher interest and/or squeeze in additional product to finance extra things into the loan you don't ask for. Sales rep tried doing this and I demanded to talk to Sales Manager William Doggett. I explain to him my pre-approval, the rate I was pre-approved at and what I was expecting to pay based on said pre-approval. Yet they want to bring me made up numbers again based on "100's of vehicles like this that have financed for those rates". Also the form didn't show the interest rate. Mr. Doggett advised me that he hasn't run the application yet. I ask how he could even start to show me numbers until he runs the app. Mr. Doggett then runs the app and comes back with a higher financed amount and no interest rate written down. I ask and he tells me it is 4% higher than my pre-approval and at this time I said I am done. On my way home I call my bank to get more info and find that William Doggett, sales manager of Classic Ford of Columbia SC, added extended warranty and gap insurance to the financing and this was not documented anywhere on the paperwork he showed me. Mr. Doggett neither asked me if I wanted it or disclosed to me that he included it in the financing. I would consider that fraud and un-ethical business behavior anywhere you go.

Absolutely the worst automotive shop I've ever been to! So I've been to this place twice, the first time I went to Quick Lane at the Ford dealership in Myrtle Beach I was just trying to get a screw removed, a plug put in my tire and my front breaks changed. They tried to up charge me almost $300 extra dollars in crap that I absolutely did not need! The next time I went was to get my oil and oil filter changed. They charged me $150 and said it would take an hour so I went to get some breakfast. When I picked up the truck the first thing I did was check the oil on the dipstick, come to find out they DIDNT CHANGE MY OIL AT ALL!! They changed my filter to make it seem like they did the work. So I had the manager come take a look. He tried to convince me that sometimes when you change the oil in a vehicle that it would be black!! New oil is absolutely not black!! So I told them that I wanted them to put my truck back on the rack and pull the drain plug back out to prove to me that they actually did the oil change that I paid for. So they did and the oil that came out of my reservoir was dirty proving that they did not preform the service that I paid for! I made them do it again while I watched to make sure they actually did the oil change this time! Once they finished I went to speak to the manager again and he had the worst attitude I have ever come across at an automotive shop!! Just as rude as can be because I called them out on the way they are scamming people and taking advantage of people who trust that they are doing the services that they are paying for!! Absolutely unbelievable! I do not recommend anyone going to this shop!!
