I purchased a $750 2019 MacBook Pro for college from here a couple of months ago. I got suspicious when I saw that the AppleCare was still active and registered in another name. The fan in the laptop was also extremely loud, the laptop was often very hot, and the processor slowed tremendously. I tried resetting the whole laptop a month later and ran into activation lock. The laptop was still locked to the previous owner. Not sure if these laptops are stolen or the workers are not doing their job to ensure the laptops are completely wiped. My fiancé & I have shopped here before in which we purchased a computer, so this was highly disappointing. After a gentle verbal exchange with the owner and one of the workers, I was only refunded $200. Initially, the owner provided me with a false made up lie stating that “government policy does not allow them to refund MacBook computers”. What a joke. I’m sure he thought I was clueless because of my skin color. I could not do my online schoolwork anymore plus as a college student, I lost $500. My fiancé and I were also wrongly kicked out of the store after we challenged the owner when he first stated he could not give anything back. They don’t like confrontation because they know they are wrong. They are configuring these stolen computers and selling it to the public who may not have general knowledge of these devices. I don’t know about the other computers but don’t purchase any Apple products from here. They are probably stolen. I will be going rigorously through my bank to receive my money back or contacting a local attorney.Before you purchase any high priced computers from here, DO YOUR RESEARCH! I was initially skeptical of purchasing an Apple product from places like these, but I was desperate for something quick as school had just started. If you are reading this, don’t make the same mistake as I. RUN!

Contacted Ali via Facebook to purchase a number of Harddrives for a project at home. He was fast to respond, knowledgeable, and shipped them very quickly. The harddrives arrived quickly, and were a fantastic purchase.

Do not recommend Q Computer Solutions! At all. If there was a way I could put 0 starts, I would. I paid for a 2015 MacBook, I received a 2012, when I returned with the laptop I listed a series of things wrong with both laptops I purchased that day: loud fan sound, freezing laptop, glitching screen etc. the manger was extremely rude telling me I had no knowledge. I was kind and said it was fine just asked for help with my computer or even a partial refund, I got neither. I also asked if I could have a copy of my receipt, manager said no and kicked me out of the store when I was nothing but respectful. He knew he sold me a false laptop which is why he denied me access to both my original and copy of my receipt.Please take your money elsewhere as this company is a scam“I cannot help a person who does not want to understand” I came in your store wanting answers you took it as far as saying I just wanted to start trouble because of what.. my race? That is fine and I am not the only one who has brought a laptop who is having the same problem and is having your business looked into. If you wanted to help you would’ve sat there and got to the bottom of things with me instead of kicking me out. Thank you for your so called “help” and your ridiculous response.I beg you guys not to shop at this shop as this place has scammed me and many others.

I was building a PC and needed m.2 screws and thermal paste I just walked up and he had both. I was in and out in 5 minutes. It was great.

I have purchased a MBP, MacBook Air, and 2 iMacs from here. I also bought another MacBook Air and a PC laptop for my uncle. I always do my homework and know what to buy. They always have a great selection of refurbished Apple products. One reviewer says they have stolen products. If the original owner doesn't erase the user then you can be locked out. I have never experienced that here and Ali will make it right if he has to give you an entirely new machine. I'll add my iMacs below.

From a Younger customer I came in this store and it looks small but it’s Nice and underrated, they Have different computers and laptops not to mention ALL organized on certain parts of the shelf, I only wish they got more recognition I bought a computer I’d say around a year ago and around a week before this message it broke and kept saying it needs to repair, Ali gave a quick solution and at a reasonable price. Prior to buying the pc, all these bad reviews don’t hold their weight majority are misleading misunderstanding, IN CONCLUSION I would heavily recommend this small business to anyone these guys know what their doing and try their hardest to make reasonable prices but they are also Patient and Calm. But I am just a random guy who bought from here and this is MY experience I highly recommend

This place has stolen computers, do NOT buy from them. You will run into problems not allowing you to use your device. He’s rude, racist, very unprofessional and try to take advantage of ppl. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

I wanted to praise a small business who is committed to doing right by their customers. I brought in an old acer laptop for repair early this week. I was met by the owner, who promptly addressed the issue. However, their were issues that resulted in many unwarranted return trips and a computer that ultimately wasn’t repaired right the first time.I was frustrated with my first experience. I calmly, but with emphasis verbalized my frustration. The owner understood, accepted responsibility, and then made it right.He did not defend himself, he took responsibility and made it right. For this reason they will have my business and I will encourage you all that Q Computers is a small business run with integrity!

Excellent service! My computer was running painfully slow. I was sure I must have a virus. With me by his side, Ali went through files, deleting those that I no longer needed. My machine was better, but still slow. He told me he saw no sign of virus and urged me to upgrade the operating system. We also agreed a larger C-drive would help. (Which he expertly cloned from my old drive). He did all of this work in 24 hours at a price that was more than fair. My computer is now lightening fast with no signs of previous problems. I certainly will use them in the future and wholeheartedly recommend this business to others!

About a year ago I bought a ram stick from here, it's still working fine. But today I called in because my fans were clicking, I watched a few YouTube's on how to remove them to clean and they all said I needed thermal paste to reinstall. So I called Q asking how much since i didn't have said paste.Q said I didn't need the paste I just had to peel the fans off the heat sink! Sure enough he was right and I fixed it myself.He could of said $30 come in, but he chose to be honest and he has earned this review! TY Q!

POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE! I GO THEIR AND A GUY NAME ALI HELP ME, YOUNG KID AND HE WAS EXCELLENT. THEN OWNER,MR. ALI COMES IN. YOUNG ALI FINISHES UP AND TELL ME THE KEYBOARD IS $15 AND WIFI THING IS $9. NEVER WAS NOTHING SAID ABOUT LABOR. OWNER ALI RINGS ME UP AND CHARGE ME AN EXTRA $19.99 FOR LABOR. I TOLD HIM NOBODY TOLD ME NOTHING ABOUT LABOR. HE SAID, "YOU THOUGHT WE WAS GOING TO LOOK AT IT FOR FREE?" I TOLD HIM NOBODY SAID NOTHING TO ME AND I DON'T SEE NOTHING ABOUT THIS. HE SAID WE USUALLY CHARGE $79.99 BUT I'M ONLY CHARGING YOU $19.99. HE SAID THE PRICE IS OUTSIDE AND HE TOOK ME OUTSIDE AND SHOWED ME THIS...THE OWNER, MR. ALI HAS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IS A CON ARTIST. NEVER TRUST HIM.??????THE OWNER JUST STATED THEY CHARGED ME $19.99 BUT WAS SUPPOSE TO CHARGE ME $79.99 AND SORRY THEY CAN'T WORK FOR FREE...WHEN YOU PULL UP TO THE STORE, YOU DON'T SEE THE SIGN BECAUSE IT IS NOT LIGHTED UP. JUST THE OPEN SIGN AND LAPTOP COMPUTER, EVERYTHING ELSE IS DARK. THAT IS MISLEADING AND THEN YOU DON'T TELL NOBODY UNTIL AFTERWARDS OR HAVE ANY OTHER SIGN STATING THE PRICE BESIDES THAT DARK SIGN NOBODY CAN SEE. LOOK AT THE PICTURES I POSTED OF YOUR STORE.
