I called them to tow an abandoned car at a rental property I have that the City’s Code Enforcement sent me a violation warning letter for and had the best experience! Someone answered the phone immediately and took all the information and then made sure it was correct. Their response time was immediate and I even received text confirmation they removed the car. Their professionalism, flexibility, easy intake, and timely service has made them my number 1 company for any towing needs I may have personally or professionally!Service: Car towing

I've used this business twice: once to jump my car and once to tow my car. Both times they have been amazing. They are kind and helpful, both on the phone, as well as in person . They give very accurate estimates of arrival time and they are always quick. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Puff Howard's Towing continues to impress me and I know that they will be there for me when I need them.

it's a black owned family business. Waiting area was neat and customer service was rather fast. Mr Howard was fair with me and for a week of my car being there I didnt pay more than I would spend in groceries for the month for a family of 4. He offered to jump my car off and even loaned me a gas can to get some gas for my car b4 pulling out his yard. Vehicles are fenced in and the nice motorcycles were kept inside. My only question is why are most tow yards sitting in the middle of residential areas?

I’ve had to use them on multiple occasions. Man they are quick and very patient. I was offered knowledge about what was being done and how it would affect my vehicle, before it was done.
