20+ years shopping at this location. Recently the service quality has been more like a Walmart. 3-4 deep in line to checkout with 4-5 green shirt managers standing at customer service, unhelpful when asking for item location, etc. certainly not what you would expect from a premium priced grocery store. I’m done with them

I went into this Publix and I believe it was the manager, she was a pregnant white female and she followed me and my husband down every aisle. I never made the time to report her to corporate but I'm using this platform to speak on this. Publix is one of my favorite stores and has the best customer service. But I had never been treated so poorly before by their staff. For the record, ALL BLACKS DONT STEAL..WE ARE ABLE TO PAY FOR OUR GROCERY! IVE STAYED AWAY FROM THAT PUBLIX SINCE. I hope this gets the proper attention because it's 2024 and racism is so played out!

Why in the world are dogs allowed in a grocery store? Was buying some produce when some woman pushed her little ankle biting down around in a stroller!!!! Nasty that businesses allow them when there are FDA laws that restrict ANIMALS in grocery stores. Management needs to grow a backbone for the prices they charge to shop at Publix.

I love going to Murray Landing Publix. They are very welcoming and helpful. A big shout-out to Isabel and Jacelyn, always friendly and always smiling. Makes my day and leave with a smile as well. Even though I spend over $200 every week, this is my go-to store and will be for a very long time. Good work finding great employees!

The employees are not always nice, and they don't greet you nicely like other Publix stores. It's fine that I can find my items, but I wish they could just share a smile.
