“I started having mechanical problems with my truck and pulled Into the location on Zimalcrest. Emily, the owner could not have been more helpful and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. If I need a U-Haul in Columbia in the future, I will check out this store first.”
“My experience with this UHaul wasn't perfect but it turned out well. Richard was extremely helpful and informative about how the truck and trailer work and how to fix certain problems. He was the only worker in the building dealing with customer after customer with no assistance. Took a little while because of the amount of customers but I recommend this UHaul solely because of Richard.”

“Visited for the first time today.As of 7/31/2020, posted hours on the store say 10a-2p because of COVID-19. However, the owner was there and took care of filling my propane tank even though I arrived ~2:15p. Great, quick service and fairly priced.Will probably make this my go-to propane place from now on.”
