They trying to charge me for blood work for free health screening ,that was done in October,I always go to screening from baptism hospital for years and never got a bill for blood screening.Looking at reviews seems to run a scam to get money out of customers,if any thing done again with musc I will never go again to there screening. My regular physician would speak and recommend me to go to the screening from Baptist hospital.

I feel like they could be considered a fraudulent company. They sent me a bill for pathology I had done through a referral with Tricare. The bill said my insurance denied the claim. When I called insurance they said they don’t have a claim from there and no denial record on my file for any claims. I called them and they wanted my social insurance I refile the claim. I told them if they’ve filed it prior they should have all the information they need.

Shady business! More interested in sending people to collections then actually doing their job... I have contacted them multiple times to give insurance info because they always claimed they didn’t have insurance on file. Then they make excuses for it not being submitted through my insurance company. First I was told they had the primary insured on my policy incorrect. Second they claimed my insurance is not active, which it is a different policy now but at the time of service that policy was active. Today they said it’s because they combined multiple account before submitting to insurance. Not sure why I get penalized for all their mistakes. Maria, the customer service rep, said she is unable to fix it and would have to discuss my account with a supervisor because “it’s a mess”. But they already sent it to collection over $83, what a joke! Their excuse for not notifiying me that they are unable to do their job and send the claim through insurance is they had my incorrect address, which is not true. Avoid this company like covid-19!

I checked my Credit Report throughly and this Company somehow came up stating that I was Treated Aug 23, 2016, and had a $65 Bill. I had a Baby Aug 19, 2016 and I wasn't discharged until Aug 21, 2016 and I had my Child with a Totally different Hospital, the address of which they had on file had they chose to send a Bill was my Address for a Year after the Date I supposedly had service I didn't PCS until Aug of the next Year 2017, I never received a Bill and I never even step foot in this Place. I had to Google it to figure out what the heck it was. I also had Tricare as I was Active Duty Army so I wouldn't have had a Bill anyway my Military ID was my Insurance Card and I carried it everywhere. I had to call 3 Numbers before I was even able to get a person who could provide Me with something I already knew. I never visited the place. I have disputed the claim on my Credit Report and I have made it clear to them that it should be removed immediately $65 is what's in the Red on my Report it's ridiculous! Why not a call a paper anything to attempt to resolve it before You slap it on someone's Credit Report. I wouldn't recommend them to a Ant searching for a crumb. Shady; Shady; Shady I'm also going to file as many things against this company as I can.
