“I used Copy Pickup to print posters for Midlands Light Opera Society. They were so very easy to work with, and very patient with me. At first, I sent the files over with the wrong ratio, and they advised me to resize to keep from having blank space on the posters. Next, I sent the files with too low of resolution, so my qr code would not have worked. They let me know. Finally, I got my file correct, and have gorgeous posters now.I am sure many other places would have just printed what I sent, and charged me for posters that would not have turned out right, but Copy Pickup took time with me, and walked me through this.They are super responsive with their email as well. I was very happy with their promptness.I will definitely use them in the future!”

“I am very pleased with the help I received from Harold at this store specifically. He assisted me and my family with the printing of an Obituary, and we were pressed for time. He stayed and accommodated me regardless if his was not on his time. He stayed after to make sure the details were done properly and even helped me adjust and format things that I couldnt do. His experience in Adobe, microsoft publisher and overall computer knowledge made this rush job so much easier for us. Instead of them trying to recreate the original they designed a custom piece. Every part of this process from design, to estimates, to installation was seamless. They are now my go to for all my outsourced print projects. I appreciate their quick turn around and professionalism.”

“My wife ordered me 2 watch bands to replace the original band that came with the watch…. I told her I needed the bigger one, higher millimeters. I was wrong! So she said stop by Staples to return them to Amazon and she texted me 2 QR codes. I thought this sounded Crazy, but I did what she said anyway :-) I walked right up to the counter and a new employee, Jaden, said, “Yep, she’s correct” lol and it took him maybe 30 seconds for him to scan them in and print my receipt and show me the 15% staples coupon that came from just using them to ship the items from Amazon back to the sender.
Jaden did a completely awesome job explaining it, showing me the coupon and getting me out of the door so I can go home and deal with my internet outage. ?. Thanks and great job. .”
