“I used Copy Pickup to print posters for Midlands Light Opera Society. They were so very easy to work with, and very patient with me. At first, I sent the files over with the wrong ratio, and they advised me to resize to keep from having blank space on the posters. Next, I sent the files with too low of resolution, so my qr code would not have worked. They let me know. Finally, I got my file correct, and have gorgeous posters now.I am sure many other places would have just printed what I sent, and charged me for posters that would not have turned out right, but Copy Pickup took time with me, and walked me through this.They are super responsive with their email as well. I was very happy with their promptness.I will definitely use them in the future!”

“Where do I begin? Ali at Columbia Printing is amazing. My mom & I would travel all the way from Rembert, SC just to use Columbia Printing and Ali's services. As a bride, they handled ALL of my large printing needs. From save the dates, shower invitations, and wedding invitations... to programs, menus, and signage -- they printed it all! I created my own designs, and they made them come out just perfectly; however, you can also consult with them to have them design your items as well! Everything was such great quality and Ali was unbelievably easy to work with. These images are just a few of the MANY things that they printed for us.”

“While dealing with a very hectic life, and the loss of a family member, I still took time to write this review because good people are often overlooked and underappreciated. Patrick Bonig and Cooper Griffitt at 421 Bush River Road store #332 went above and beyond for amazing customer service for me and my daughter when we visited last week. They helped search for specific products for us, then they searched on their own. We reside in a state (South Carolina) that is known for discrimination and racial tension, so for these two Caucasian men to help a Black family with such vigor and respect was both unusual and greatly appreciated! Give these men a well-deserved raise and acknowledgment, please. Especially in today's society, it's needed.”

“Had a great experience purchasing my new HP printer. Ms. Stephanie stopped by to ask if I needed help. I asked a few questions to make sure my Android was compatible , I hate Iphone/ Apple. I purchased the new printer, a backup pk of ink, and Printer Paper. I purchased the extended warranty. She also asked me if I wanted her to help register my product, after she rang up the sale. I didn't have that headache to do when I got home. Now that's customer service to the Max.”
