Will never use another mechanic unless it’s him! Very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional! He literally fixed my bus and I trust his advice…as a woman it’s hard to find a quality mechanic. I’ve found mine!

I installed a few tires with them, and last time, I asked to have my tires balanced with sticky weights, and they did.. I drove my 4runner and drive pretty well.

Ok,so I'm driving to VA from out of town. My vehicle just completely turned off, while riding. It would not make any type of noise. I had it towed here and they stopped what they was doing to diagnose. Still nothing! It would not crank or any other sound.the owner said, I promise I will figure it out. Within hours, it's fixed. Great service, I'm talking about top notch. I would give 6 stars if I could. Just imagine the stress, I'm 80 miles from home broken down on road. These people are not good to do business with and they are very unprofessional. I bought a tired from them and they put the wrong tire on my car and i asked for the right tire they still wanted to charge me. When it was their fault for putting the wrong tire on my car…IF YOU ARE A WOMEN PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS PLACE BY YOURSELF!!!Service: Tires

terrib customer service and they do not know how to treat people or their cars. they put the wrong tire on my car and tried to charge me to put the right tire on. when I never told them to put a Chevy tire on my Kia car the men there are rude and if YOUR A WOMEN PLEASE DON'T FO BY YOURSEL!!! terrible business

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. In July I was recommended this place by a service center because they couldn't get to me in a reasonable amount of time. They had my car for 2 weeks. I paid these guys over $3000 to replace my catalytic converter, do the spark plugs, and remount the engine. Less than 30 days later, check engine light comes on and catalytic converter starts making noise again. I take it back. They keep the car for another week. Here it is in December, 5 MONTHS LATER, and I start smelling exhaust, check engine light comes one, and catalytic converter starts making noise again. Take it back to dealer service center to find out the exhaust is leaking, I need new spark plugs, and new O2 sensors...All of which I paid Primo to do. Now I'm gonna be out of another few thousand dollars because these horrible "mechanics". If you value time, money, and your car, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. IT'S NOT WORTH ITServices: Auto engine tuning

Never in my life..have I waited so long to get 1 tire put on my car. I arrived at 2pm…the old workers they have wasn’t done until 630pm. I will never come here again. $80 for one used tire. And the wait was over 4 hours smh. If I could rate 0 stars I would.Service: Tires
