“Now I understand why the reviews are so high for this place. It's the tiniest little window, but in such a cool building. I had the most delightful conversation with the man at the window. He was so friendly, and was nice enough to tell me about the great things to do in SC knowing that I was new to town. No wait, just quick, friendly service. Sometimes you're lucky enough to have an encounter that helps you settle in after the anxiety of moving to a new state alone, this was one of them for me. I will be going to this post office for the foreseeable future.”
“On my way dropping off my Christmas gifts for FHF, I decided to visit this post office as I figured it wouldn't be crowded.This PO is located inside of a store. There was one person in line in front of me.When it was my turn, the young man behind the counter greeted me with a smile. He was very courteous during our transaction. Also offering a lower price option when I wasn't paying attention to it. I shipped ground instead of priority. Same 3 day time frame, but it saved me $4. If on this side of town and if I need to make a PO run, this will definitely be my go-to location.”

“I'm so grateful to have a local post office here in the Eau Claire area. Some people's reviews criticize this post office because of delivery problems, but the fact is that the main post office on Assembly Street is responsible for mail delivery, not the local post office! Even though this branch is understaffed and has strange hours, it's far better than nothing.”

“After the nightmare of the new address change process, the staff at this location were extremely helpful & patient in assisting me with making sure mail was held & then forwarded to the new address once the change was finally processed (1 MONTH AFTER SUBMISSION!)

“Not everyday is a pleasant day but the ladies at this post office are very helpful. They get so much attitudes from customers every time I’m there. Because they have rules to follow customers be mad. I decided to write this review because those ladies aren’t nasty as some of the comments say. And I’ve had my P.O. Box at this location since 2007. Every employee I’ve came across in the past 17 years has helped me. Again not everyday a good day for everyone and people must understand. You come with a atty you get the same energy somedays then you run to post a bad review. But nobody gets good reviews for most of the good they do”

“This post office is by Irmo High School and is the post office I have been to. They are kind and helpful. They like to work there. They have great attitudes and personalities. They do not treat you like a number, they do treat you like family. I wished all post offices ran the way this one does.”
