“Update to previous post: I finally was able to find a phone number for this post office. Matt helped me and he was really nice, and was able to get my package before it was sent back and he put it back out for delivery the following day. While we still don't know what caused the problem in the first place, Matt fixed it so, thank you to Matt.”
“This was the fastest service I've experienced at a postal office in a while. I was there to inquire about a passport application. Valencia helped me and gave me all the important information I needed to know to complete my application as well as making my appointment. I asked about the expiration date in the application and she gave me information about that. She suggested I schedule an appointment rather than walking in due to the wait time. I appreciated her giving that information because I was going to walk in during a time that may have caused me to be late to work. I will visit this location again.”
“I have to say that I'm surprised at the low rating for this location. While I've only been going here for two years now, the service provided is always very professional and top-notch. I primarily mail packages of all sizes from here but never had a problem getting what I needed from them to shop it off, and for it to be done safely. While yes, the lines can get long, every local post office is understaffed, so I'm over that. As long as there are two people on duty, that makes it workable. I will say the one time I did not wait in line, but went to the machine instead, I regretted it (long boring story) so I won't be making that mistake again!”
“After the nightmare of the new address change process, the staff at this location were extremely helpful & patient in assisting me with making sure mail was held & then forwarded to the new address once the change was finally processed (1 MONTH AFTER SUBMISSION!)

“I'm so grateful to have a local post office here in the Eau Claire area. Some people's reviews criticize this post office because of delivery problems, but the fact is that the main post office on Assembly Street is responsible for mail delivery, not the local post office! Even though this branch is understaffed and has strange hours, it's far better than nothing.”
