Went in seeing if they could remove a nail from my tire, and a worker said my tread was too low although I went to my reliable mechanic back home a few weeks prior for a rotation and he said the tires were fine. The worker said the best he could do was replace ALL 4 TIRES? Easily a money grab, I drove over to discount tire and they patched it up for FREE, saying the tread was perfectly fine.

Terrible customer service. Got a tire rotation for 40 dollars. Didn't properly air the tires and didn't calibrate the TMS . In a new vehicle not calibrating the TMS causes th e anti lock brake Mal and Traction control malfunction. This rude counter salesperson didn't offer to fix there srew up. Also found lugs loose and improperly torqued. Terrible service.

My most rewarding venture with car repair! They told me everything that was wrong with my vehicle so I could decide what to fix. I scheduled the appointment and decided to fix everything. Very knowledgeable, trust worthy and reasonably priced car repairs. The check engine light is off!

THEY DID NOT TIGHTEN THE LUG NUTS ALL THE WAY AFTER PUTTING ON NEW TIRES. Three lug nuts fell off of one tire 4 days after putting new tires on. A tire shop that can’t tighten lug nuts to spec is ABSURB AND INSANELY DANGEROUS.
