This is the worst place to bank. The people are not knowledgeable and rude. They always only have 1 teller and today when I went in, they were unable to get in the vault. NO CASH ACCESS!??! Apparently someone wasn't trained on how to lock up.

Going today to close all accounts! Banked here for 4 years and they will not ever answer the phone! Called service center over weekend go someone in the country of Columbia, South America, who could barely speak English and I couldn’t understand! Pitiful what our American companies have done to us!

They don’t answer the phone, ever. It just rings and rings. Called 5 days in a row for an hour+. kinda surprising for a bank, they don’t care about you, they just want your money!

Absolutely terrible. Money is pending for days upon days and then they'll charge an overdraft even though there's money pending and they'll refuse to close the account that you're trying to close because they have pending over draft charges even if there was money in the account. Terrible customer service, people are rude over the phone and don't know how to answer a simple question. Somehow this bank is still in business but hopefully won't be for too much longer. Absolutely terrible bank

A huge thanks to Angela for assisting me with my brother's transaction!I was locked out of the account with the temporary mobile code via drive thru... with no phone on me!!!I owe you a few quarters for the phone calls as well. :)

Highly recommend! I am a victim of identity theft. The thief also stole my bank account information and would have drained my account completely had it not been for the quick action from PNC. They locked my account and called me to verify the charges. I was so very thankful! I've been with them for several years and look forward to many more!

It's tough. I've always had excellent experience working with the individuals at the branch. The bank policies are also very customer friendly.That said, the website and app design leave a lot to be desired, and phone customer service is offshore, so it's a toss up on how well you will be able to communicate with a customer service rep. If you do most of your banking in person you will probably have a great experience. If you rely more on technology, like I do, you might get frustrated often.

Worst bank ever. I was with Capital One before but then I needed a bank with a physical location to deposit cash that’s the only reason why I went with PNC. But after all the issues I’ve had since day one I hate banking with them so now I’m back with Capital One bank. I would never recommend this bank to anyone

I have been with PNC Bank for over 10 years now and I’ve had no issues. When cash app was trying to take money from my account they disputed it and got my money back, the few times that I got overdraft fees because I was such a loyal customer they disputed that because I know I never get overdrafted, and when I go in to the store they’re always really friendly and accommodating. The only issue that I have as of right this second is that they’re not open past five because when they’re open I’m at work and I need to get rolls of quarters from them ??

Update:It has been over a month that I do not have access to my account. I have visited their branch in person for over 6 times and called them over 30 times. Issue has not been solved. I'll change my bank first thing on Monday. I wish I never had to deal with them.The problem:For one time I tried to change my password due to security issue and everything went down after that. Their system crashed. I was not able to access my account after. They and I have tried many ways to solve it and none worked. I spent days fixing this since I did not wanted to update all my automatic payments for all my accounts. My mistake I would have saved a lot more time with a new bank. If you care about your time, just stay away from this bankPlus I hate their automatic voice banking. I have been listening to it for over 30 times! 90% of time I don't get confirmed. Honestly, that is the main reason I am changing the bank. I cannot stand listening to it anymore.

@PNCBankHorribleI can not believe that PNC BANK is charging services fees on my daughter's disabled social security acct . she is 3yrs old and gets a $400 deposit from SSA... Pnc charges her $10 a month because her acct is under $500 .That is absurd to charge a 3 year old fees ...Just shows how money hungry and despicable banks are .I am now looking at closing mine , my daughter's and everyone in my families accounts with PNC over this issue . (I have a LARGE family too?)Congratulations pnc = you have joined the ranks of scumminess with Wells Fargo
