Staff is good. Machines are usually very available and in great shape. However, recently the AC has been set so high that its steamy before you even begin. I'm currently at PF on Polo Road and it's awfully warm. Not a pleasant way to work out.

Most of the equipment needs to be serviced and restored some of the pads has cracks and alot of the counters on the machines doesn't count of count properly.

Jade from the Two Notch location confirmed Planet Fitness does accept credit/debit cards and Leroy on Clemson Road should have been able to run my card as credit And not debit.

Terrible at the moment while this high school kids get in free stuff is going on. Holding up equipment, tearing up equipment, and not cleaning up. Smh ??♂️
I will give it 5 stars ? after this is over

Too many trainers taking up space. Far too few benches and Smith machines for the amount of people using this gym.

I was rudely turned away from the PF on Two Notch today. My husband and I have a joint membership and I have worked out without him several times over the last few months. I will note this location has seen better days. It is dirty and some of the equipment is in need of repairs, but the location is convenient. So Brian and another female worker with short black hair said I couldn't come without my husband and they said I needed my own membership. They didn't offer me a one time potential client pass. They belittled and berated me and sent me away. I was humilated, disappointed and dejected. I do not recommend.

Staff is so nice, clean facility. This is the only planet fitness I will go to in Columbia. ?

Black card member. Passing through Columbia and dropped in. As I expected, great clean equipment and locker room. Also, friendly and courteous staff.

The showers never got clean for 3 whole months soap dispenser never got fixed for 3 whole months I told management but still never got done

The staff at the Polo Rd. Planet Fitness is horrible! I was a member here and was considering returning to this location but I witnessed a staff member disrespect a customer this morning. She was trying to tell him that the equipment was not being wiped down and he cut her off while she was talking and proceeded to tell her "what you not gonna do is talk to me any kind of way, I'm a grown man". She didn't yell or curse, was not condescending, no ill tone, and was respectful when she approached him. All she said was, I have watched 3 people use that machine and nobody has cleaned it. He then got defensive and cut her off and over talked her when she tried to explain more. He was rude, disrespectful, and unapologetic. I will not be returning to this facility. The staff here needs customer service training.

Been to MANY PF’s and this one was fantastic. Great staff, clean, lots of equipment, nice locker rooms, and hot showers! Great job planet fitness!

I came in at 6:50 pm on a Monday and the staff there is completely power driven the girl with the short black hair was power hungry about the hydro massage bed and chair they had me waiting for 7 min saying it delayed a min then 2 min then another min and continued to play games I finally got the bed on and I walked out for the continued games they were playing there was at least 4 people in the front desk all laughing and completely ignorant. Why piss people off when all we’re trying to do is work out and relax. People like that shouldn’t be working there next time I go I will take video and post this is bad behavior I pay for a black membership and feel like I should cancel I will be calling corporate if this continues. Reguardless if I have a guest with me the polite thing to do if they cannot use the bed is say so instead there playing games and being so unprofessional and discourteous.
