Dr. Littlefield, Michelle, Elise and all the staff were super friendly and professional. I love the way they make you feel like your pet is the only patient and they make sure you understand any issues and all options. Great people!!!

The store smelled AMAZING when I went in, the groomers were sweet and patient with my Siberian Husky, Echo Gecko. They returned him to me looking so fresh and clean I can't leave anything but 5 stars!

Has chinchilla food and other exotic animal food selections. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The smell of the store kept me from giving 5 stars. It smells like nasty dirty wet dog. Yes I know and understand that have grooming services but I've gone into other pet stores that offer bathing and grooming services that don't smell that horrible

Came to the VetCo part of the store for my cat's wellness checkup and vaccines. The entire veterinary staff was an absolute joy. My cat is weary of strangers and even she was comfortable around them, which says a lot. I highly recommend based on the level of care my cat received and the customer service.

Very friendly staff with caring veterinarians that have personally texted me days later to check up on my dog. What also impresses me is their communication of cost upfront! They provide a recommended treatment plan along with itemized prices, then ask me what I can afford and what I cannot afford. Together we walk through the plan and make changes accordingly...prioritizing based on immediate need.

Terrible customer service. Came in today to have my 2 small dogs looked at and addressed for itchy irritation at the clinic. The vaccine clinic does not address allergy injections but will prescribe flea and heart worm medication without any exam or heart worm testing per my experience today. They didn’t even ask to see for my pets medical records or put hands on my pets for any type of evaluation. (Flea comb, nothing! ) Furthermore, I was scheduled for 11 and waited in the aisle of the store , there’s not even a waiting location to keep sensitive reactive dogs, until 11:30. Simply a pop up podium in the middle of the aisle. The biggest issue is I verified 3 times that care credit was accepted before I drove 45 minutes to this appointment. Upon arrival no employees seemed to know If this was true even if there were stickers inside advertising they do accept it. When going to the cashier, she said she would check with her manager (Beth) that they would accept it. Because this is a new care credit account I have not received my physical card but had the account information that I could verify my identity and provide the card number manually. I understand policy, but where this store is earning a 1 star rating rests solely on the management and communication of this store. Beth was rude, condescending and unhelpful while I was trying to provide payment. It was clear that she was unable to competently communicate store policy and explanation of policy. Throughout the entire interaction she was snarky and short tempered. She finally offered to call the manager above her (who was off the clock and she made me VERY aware of the inconvenience this caused) and he (Mike) arrived to clearly explain why they could not accept my manual entry of payment and try to provide a solution by calling customer service. After holding up the line while 3 agents tried to accept my payment, and Beth recommending I try Klarna as payment when I had a valid payment type available and ready to use. My pets left with no medication, I left embarassed that they payment I had they wouldn’t accept all though it was posted they DO accept it. This was verified by 3 different employees and had to be explained in front of a line of of people also waiting to be seen by the clinic. (who ultimately needed to go wait in the store aisle like I did ) all while I waited past my appointment time for ultimately a terrible experience. Do better.

Wow. First time using the vet here and beyond impressed. Easy to book. Super friendly service by everyone I encountered. Quick diagnosis and had the meds ready on site. Definitely will consider using next time I need a weekend apt. I really liked the text reminders and virtual itemized bill for mobile.

After picking my dog up from Chase the groomer today, I was informed that my dogs nail was cut and made it seem like it was my dogs fault when she has had 2 other appointments and her problem area was her face not her feet. Nothing I had asked for was done. I wanted her to leave with a ponytail and her ears trimmed as we have came there before which was done by Pamela (who is amazing !). I left with my dog having a choppy cut around her nose and face. Her underneath of her chin was not trimmed properly or at all but was left uneven. There was mats still left over on her ears I don’t think he even trimmed those at all. I got a feet face and fanny when I was scheduled for a wash & haircut. I truly feel he was being lazy by doing the feet face and fanny since her coat was already so short and I chose to grow it out. Took the easy route out. Will not be returning with my pet.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GROOMING LOCATION!!! Not only do they price gouge and charge you for every little service…I brought my dog back in TWICE and the service was still not completed. They charged extra for cleaning around the paw pads and a sanitary cleaning. After the second time I went in, my dog laid down in the car and I saw THEY DID NOT DO A SANITARY CLEANING THAT I PAID EXTRA FOR! Upon that, I was ACCUSED OF STEALING when I left the store. I went back in TWICE, signed a paper and the groomer with the tats told me TWICE I was good to go and have a great day. Then I get a call from BETH saying the groomer deserves to get paid and accusing us when her own groomer told us to leave and we are good. Save your money. Your dog will get a bath and they will charge extra for everything else.

Beth, Noelle, and Chase are my Petco heroes! I came in frazzled and upset by a local reptile shop owner who was very insulting and I could barely relay the issue when I came into see Beth. She emphasized with me and helped to make me feel better. She then walked me throughout the store grabbing everything I would need for my new bearded dragon! Noelle and Chase were equally as helpful to even put my pet’s enclosure together for me so that my new buddy would be completely safe and secure. “Above and beyond” doesn’t even describe this team’s diligence and dedication to help customers! I even received great information and support from Reagan a few days before while I was deciding on which animal I wanted to adopt. 100 thumbs up!

Just amazing. I had taken a soothe package for my dog since she was itching. But Kira called me back and mentioned my dog had flea infestation which I was completely unaware of. Good that she saw and took action as per the need and I am very grateful for that. My dog is happy and that’s what matters.

The employees were nice. The stock was all messed up. Couldn't tell what the tank cost what amount because they were just placed there. All of them were in the wrong spot. Also, the prices were almost doubled than Wal-Mart or Amazon. Shop was clean though. The vet has always been good when I've brought my pets here. Overall, it's a good pet store...just need to have the people stock thing correctly and maybe bring down the prices. They did have an amazing selection of critters, swimmers, and fur babies.

Recently, I have moved. Before taking my pet to the new apartment, I scheduled him an appointment at this location. I won’t go into the specifics, but let’s just say that They had waited for 2 hours after he was traumatized to call me to pick him up, instead of calling immediately when they realized he was not okay. It took him 2 days to not have anxiety. He was really shook up. It made me reconsider ever taking him to a place for grooming. They offered to try coming during the week when it is less busy, but my trust in them is a bit wary after the whole experience.
