Firstly, the customer service was outstanding. The representative addressed all my inquiries without any issues and was very polite. The vehicle we had was excellent, and the price was reasonable. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to keep it for an additional two days. I will definitely be renting from here for my future needs.

Large facility but doesn't have all rental companies housed. Catch a shuttle to offsite companies is a bit of a pain.

Centralized car rentals with all the major players in one area, could do without the high pressure sales for insurance on the rental to make the experience better.
