They are super friendly and helpful. The shop is very welcoming and they have great products. They are decently priced and very timely in any repairs or work you ask for. They are extremely accommodating and were willing to assemble a bike for me that I did not buy from their shop- which was so sweet. Very impressed by them and I will now use them for all of my needs with my bike!

Outspokin' Bicycles was extremely helpful in assisting me choose a bike. I had some limitations I worried about but the sales folks recommended a good product which they allowed me to test ride. The sales people were patient and helpful in providing feedback on accessories and needs.
After purchase, they held my bike in the shop free of charge so I could arrange a pick-up. Further, they provided maintenance advice and a time-frame on servicing the bike. After several months of use I brought the bike in to be serviced and they performed a routine tune up free of charge, which is surprisingly. Highly recommended that you check out this shop and purchase from a local business.
Additionally, Outspokin' hosts group bike rides around town. The bike service took a few days and was quick and seamless. 10/10. Come check it out!

My experience was absolutely wonderful with every person I encountered at Outspokin Bicycles. Chuck answered all my questions and helped me get the bike out of my car. I was kept informed of what was needed either by phone call or text and had my Schwinn Meridian Adult Tricycle Bike checked, tuned up and cleaned. When I picked it up, Brian helped me load it back into my car. I will be telling anyone I know who needs bicycle repairs or accessories to support Outspokin Bicycles.
