I've been working at O'Reillys (my little post retirement job!) for 3 months & I luv it. I'm a driver & deliver parts to various garages & dealerships. I've been told, by multiple customers, that O'Riellys has a great selection of merchandise & they luv that we "welcome our customers" every time they come in. We're open until 10PM each night & we offer a "Low Price Guarantee"Update: I left after 6 mo. I got tired of the language the young boys used while supposedly working, who sat there happy butts on the counters rather than do their job. Poor & just lack of management is why they felt they could. But, that's just at the store I worked at, can't speak for other O'Reillys stores. My opinion should not reflect other O'Reilly stores.

Ms. Sheila gives A+ customer service every single time. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and patient. I came in 30 minutes before closing in the rain to get a new battery and she didn’t rush me nor did she hesitate to go out in the rain to check my battery, starter and alternator. She helped me pick the best option for my car and she did it all with a smile. She has definitely gained a loyal customer. As long as she is there, this will be the place that I go for all of my car care needs and I will refer everyone that I know.

Brandi helped me so much, I was in an awful position not knowing my part options or where to even get it fixed. She took the time to show me options and even suggested a mechanic. I'm back on the road again and it's mostly thanks to the great staff here!
