Terrible customer service. No initiative to help a customer even when they see the customer is struggling with self service and the store was without customers I understand now why there's no customers there.

I would like to know why Vincent told the young lady they cannot laminate handicap decal for cars. He said it was against store policy yet the tags office told me to get it laminated. So id like to see where in the policy does it state only certain items can be laminated

Service sucks. People sucks. Rude and refuse to do anything after 7:50. Just trying to get a simple pick up and messed up my whole card. Not going back and you shouldn’t either.

Printed card completed wrong when we gave them one to copy. And acted like they couldn’t let us in at 7:55 to check on any order when they close at 8.

The staff was very helpful. I went in to purchase a micro SD card and to print an obituary. Whitney and Gayle were very professional, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer care even though the store was busy.

I was greeted by an older lady with gray hair. I went to ask her where an item was located as she was on the aisle next to me stocking items. She stopped what she was doing to assist me. When it was time to checkout another lady by the name of Gayle assisted me with my purchases. She never acknowledged me and placed purchased items on the counter which making it difficult for me to grab my purchased items with my keys in hand when trying to grab the reciept that she gave me. Please explain to Gayle that she is to hand the bag to the customer with the receipt inside of it. She never said a word to me while I was struggling to pick up the bag from the counter with keys in hand and a purchase on my arm as well, while also attempting to grab the receipt. Her customer service was lackluster, albeit and this has given me a different perspective from shopping at Office Depot

First things first there needs to knowledgeable people working. There were people like myself waiting for assistance, while three young ladies walked around giggling as though there were customers needing help. I had to say excuse me can I get some help, after waiting several minutes!!! Then one of the girls had the audacity to mumble something smart about me asking for my refund! Poor customer service!!!!

The Office Depot on Two Notch is well stocked with items hard to find in other stores with office supplies. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
