I always go here for my prints/copies. It’s usually a great experience but the new caucasian girl that works the print station with the dark brown hair is not friendly at all. Doesn’t greet, and doesn’t know how to say you’re welcome when someone says thank you. To work in customer service you need a better attitude or choose a new job or career path.

Always smiling and helpful. Head to Office Depot the top anchor store in Dutch squarefor all your office needs and lots of office chairs fancy and functional. My one drawback overall for office depot not this store is their coupons are rarely usable for the common man. Unless you are buying over a hundred dollars. I would like to see more coil ns then just on stacks of paper.

Great managerial service for a store that seems to be on its last legs to stay afloat. The stores offers were little in between anything, really. It makes it seem like it's just a shell of what it's supposed to be. Very nice workers for what little they had in the store, in a dieing location. If you see items on sale, the workers will allow you to haggle the price just to get the items sold; this on top of not having many items in the store makes it seem like they need to sell anything or face the closure that seems to be coming. Especially seeing a leaking roof that's not going to be repaired.

This was the best experience by far that I have had in Office Depot. Alexis, was outstanding… I was in a bind prior to a meeting and she handled my order with expertise. Thank you Alexis!

The two women at the print station are very helpful and extremely polite and nice.
I had a problem, and they went out of their way to help me with it. Couldn’t ask for better customer service

This is a 5 star rating specifically for ISIAH at this Office Depot location. I am located in another state and needed assistance on the fly for someone at one of our branches near this location and he took the best care of us!! So nice to talk to, he remembered my name, and had my problem solved and printed out ready for my associate to pick up WHILE I WAS ON THE PHONE WITH HIM. I am a big fan!! Thank you Isiah!!

Deborah and Zoe were very helpful with purchases I was making for a large mailing. Deborah made some great suggestions and took me around the store to find what needed _ also offering many good options. She asked very good questions that helped her and me to identify all the components needed for my project - including stamps! I had just come from the post office and they did not have anything but holiday stamps which were not suitable in this case.Thank you to Deborah for making my day!!!

Everything were in perfect condition and delivery were on time. Customer Service were excellent and I will continue to get all my printing and other office supplies here.

Took 12 minutes to print and laminate one page because the employees couldn’t log into the system and one of the two self serve printers was down. I had already attempted toorder online to expedite things, but the “20 minute” online print option wouldn’t guarantee it would be ready until 5pm even though I was ordering at 8am. This is not the first experience like this at other Office Depot locations.Currently contemplating opening my own print shop because it would be difficult to do a worse job than Office Depot seems to consistently do.
