I went into NTB today after having a bad experience at Goodyear right down the road. I told the men at the counter about my experience and they said they would honor the discounted price I was told at Goodyear. Craig Harvey was very nice and overall had a great experience!

I stopped to get an oil change and tire rotation. First of all, this business rotates tires for FREE as part of their service. Who knew?? Secondly, I apparently had a major issue with my timing cover. They took the time to explain what I needed to say to Audi as it should be covered under warranty. Then, my oil was filled without charge as they were “taking care of me.”” Please use this local business and let them “take care of you.”

Stopped last week for the first time for an oil change and I am super happy with my experience. Prices are reasonable and all the staff were so nice. Especially the manager Louie who answered all of my questions and made sure I was happy with my service. Will definitely be back.
