Lobby line is always ridiculously long, no matter what time of day you go in. For some reason, there is usually only ONE teller behind the counter.

I came in today to ask about some information regarding my account but was treated very poorly. The lady at the front entrance desk name Rochelle is very rude an have horrible customer service.
This is not the first issue I have had with her and experience with visiting this location.They need to have someone more understanding an patient about customer concerns an issue.

Every time I go to the branch in sandhills the ATM is not working they have 3 ATMs and they have been out of service for more than 24 hours. I have to drive 8 miles to get access to my funds since there is only 2 locations in Columbia!! This is ridiculous fr. Not sure where there isn’t a ATM manager available 24 hrs seeming this is people money locked up in a machine for half of South Carolina

I first joined Navy Federal in 1976. Used them off and on since then. They have gone WAY downhill. Poor service. Inadequate services online. You are required to call them to get many things done, but problem is, most of the time you cannot get them on the phone. The local branch is WAY understaffed. And while they have good interest rates and low fees, the mortgage process is cumbersome, drawn out, and they add on too many unnecessary conditions (that other lenders do not). My other mortgage lender I got approved in one week, no conditions. Navy Federal after two weeks was still in the conditional approval phase with a long list of conditions. No way I could have closed this loan when it needed to.

Drove an hour away to come here and stand in line over an hour… WTH ??♀️ been with navy fed almost 8 years. Never had to come into their branches but this some Bull… got three employees just walking around… only 2 at the servicing desk.. just a mess. Hire some managers who gonna hire some employees so they can be efficient

The worst Service I have ever experienced! They claim that “Our Members are the Mission” however,they had one teller servicing 20 customers rapped around the lobby. The manager nor anyone else cared to apologize for the lack of tellers or TERRIBLE SERVICE! This is my second time in this bank, and I thought it could not get any worse!I will definitely be moving to another bank that cares about their people and truly places the members as their mission!

Not being able to walk into a branch to open a business account is a major inconvenience!!!! And the fact that doing it online could take up to 7 days is mind blowing!!!! I think I'll opt for a local bank with the capability to open the account on site!!!
