Always enjoyed shopping here, but never again.Bought an alternator, that I end up didn't have to use! I go went to the store to return it, and was told it is a used one. I never had to use it. So they selling used parts, probably broken one too. Absolutely ridiculous!

I had a very pleasant experience when visiting NAPA AUTO PARTS for the first time. The store manager, Matt Willis, was very kind and patient. He took the time to make sure I ordered the right part for my son's car after visiting three other stores and offered me a bottle of water. Thank you Mr. Willis for your act of kindness.

Matt the Store Manager is too awesome! If you want to save money, have great convo, and receive great advice, this store here in Irmo, is by far the place to be. This was my first time at the store, but it will not be my last!

Very nice size store. Staff are extremely approachable, friendly, respectful, and patient! I bought a handful of items; crankshaft position sensor, car battery charger, and tire inflator. The staff also arranged delivery of an item they didn't have (antenna mast) from another store. They gave me the time of arrival and when I called to confirm, it was there at that time. The customer service was awesome, and I sincerely appreciate it.

Every time I call I get put on hold. Every time I go in it takes a while to get service. When I do go to the store, there are people just standing around. It's almost like we are bothering them by getting parts from this place.
