As I walked and was looking for want I needed I could hear in the counter personal, over the getto rap on the store speakers, talking loudly with lots of profanity. When I approached the counter I was told we aint got dat. That not a welcome that I want for sure.

Went in 2 times and they are better than any other auto parts store when it comes to customer service.
Ricky and the other Associate which I forgot the name of were very helpful with helping out with my situation with replacement of a part. During my process of taking my steering wheel off which it self took 30 minutes due to me disconnecting my battery due to taking the airbag out. Periodically Ricky came out and checked on me and my progress which I liked they made sure I had the tools I needed to do the job unfortunately I did have to buy a torque set no biggie after I got my part replaced I had my stability control light on unfortunately we couldn’t figure out why but I went to 2 other places and they weren’t as nice as The folks at NAPA. I will return for all my part needs.

After standing waiting for an employee to finish a personal phone call and complaining to another fellow coworker, asked to get battery tested. Was told their battery tester doesn’t work very good. They told me to go to autozone. If you offer battery testing, I would suggest fixing your testing equipment.
