I love the styles they have at My-Kim! The first time I discovered it was shopping for formal last year and I found the cutest hot pink bow dress. I'll definitely be returning for my formal dress this year! The girls there are so sweet and helpful too which is a major plus!

My Kim Collection is my favorite store in the Columbia area! They have possibly everything you need from back to school, game day fits, and formal wear! The girls that work here are so dedicated to helping each customer find the perfect outfit as well as making them feel confident and loved!

I drove from North Augusta and came in at 12 exactly on 8/9/23 and the 3 girls (I wish I had gotten their names) that opened the store all deserve a raise! I came in looking for a dress for my bachelorette and one girl in specific (she was wearing a hat) had me a dressing room full of options within minutes! She even went as far as looking in the back for a different size in a dress that I loved. I just really appreciate all of the help considering I’ve been looking for the perfect dress for weeks now! The boutique is so cute and FULL of options! Thank y’all again!

Awful business. Told me the owner is forgetful and that’s why I’ve been waiting months for a refund due to a damaged product sent to me. Save your money and go somewhere with good customer service and products worth your hard earned money.

Missed the return deadline by 1 day and had tags still on and receipt. The dress is literally still on the sales floor and they offer store credit so not sure how it would’ve affected them to take it back. Super frustrating and won’t be shopping here again.

I absolutely LOVE My Kim Collection. I just bought my prom dress from them and the process was a DREAM. From the beginning i DMed them on instagram with questions not only were they extremely kind but they also sent a response all within 15 minutes. Great customer service. I received my dress within 4 DAYS of ordering! I cannot wait to wear my dress to prom it’s stunning and amazing quality. I will 100% be shopping here again:)

never buying from this place again. they sent me a damaged product and I have called and emailed and when I called the first time the lady said “we don’t send damaged products out”. Well, then how did the zipper break in the mail? So confused. She told me she would call me back the next day, and it had been 5 days and I called again and she told me she would call me back the next day. It’s been a week. This whole ordeal has been two weeks long and I still have a skirt I can’t wear, no matter how often I call or email them. This simply just is not the way you do business if you can’t keep your loyal customers happy. There are other, better boutiques to buy from.
