Great people. They were quick and efficient. We were unable to get new touch screen for Samsung 20 FE8 at AT&T. Mr. PC was only location that had one on hand and repaired in one hour. Highly recommend using their service.

These people are morons do not take anything to them that you need YOU sir are a moron I picked that phone in a freaking bag when you could not get it back together all I wanted was the information off it and YOU destroyed it you and your shop are worthless. You are REALLY useless. I picked that phone up several days after I brought it in, not only no idea how to work on phones, but you record keeping sucks

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars; they deserve at least 10. I took my laptop in with a severely cracked screen. The whole staff was efficient, polite and very, very knowledgable. My laptop screen was replaced in 2 hours! I could not be happier with my experience. While I hope I never have another issue, if I do, I will not hesitate to run to Mr. PC in Sandhills.

Called about getting the battery replaced for my iPhone 6s, and they answered every question I had. Several minutes later, I walked in and felt nothing but awesome vibes from there. They told me that it would take about 40 minutes for it to be replaced. When I returned a while later, I was very happy. I highly recommend the Sandhill location, they were nice and hospitable. Also, they got the job done PERFECTLY. Definitely will come again

This place needs to be checked by the BBB. The damage done by the owner to my laptop by wiping out 80% of all the data on my pc after reinstalling Windows and not asking any questions/duplicating anything is unacceptable, irreversible and greatly exceeds the issue I initially came in with. But Even worse, instead of acknowledging what had happened right after and trying to work with me he tried to brush it off as my fault and denied to refund me for what they did. This man is arrogant, unprofessional and refuses to listen to anyone but himself. Not everyone who comes through immediately knows what’s wrong with their tech and questions need to be asked.

When my PlayStation 4 Pro had its disc drive broken, I went to this place to get it fixed. Those two guys both worked to replace the bent disc reader light in two days. I call that diligence. After answering all work-related inquiries, I would recommend it for its great customer service and work done right! I would definitely have all electronics repaired by them again and pay them too.

Excellent service, quick turnaround time (next day for me) Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Took my old 360 in that stopped working. They had it fixed, running and even cleaned up like new. Will definitely continue to visit their store when needed and recommend them to everyone !Thank you !??

Just absolutely wonderful all around amazing service. The part they ordered came in fast. The fix they made was absolutely perfect. Also the prices are reasonable compared to competitors in the areas. Would 100% recommend coming here.

Soooo...I had a battery put in back in Charlotte at a computer repair shop which will let remain nameless on last year. I noticed these past few months, the charge wouldn't hold much at all once I took it off the charger. Today, it just went completely black and wouldn't start up. When I drove over here from one side of Columbia to this one to get it fixed, the doggone computer started right back up. However, the technician knew the issue. He popped that bad boy open and showed me the battery I purchased last year that i was told was new actually wasn't and they didn't even install it PROPERLY!!!! yeah....these guys are the absolute BEST!!!

Sometimes tech people need to keep their opinions to themselves. Higher prices than other companies quoted, so I wouldn’t have gotten this company to repair even if the loud guy was nicer.Response:In regards to your response, if you are the “owner” you are very unprofessional. I, the customer, asked you for a quote then you all, but call me Stupid for preferring an android over an Apple.For a grown man to be yelling at and laughing loudly at a lady because she prefers one brand over the other is far from good customer service. I couldn’t even speak for your loud “opinion” was none other than boisterous.Did I pay you to fix my phone? NO, I didn’t. Why because I know it is not worth the price to do such.I couldn’t help but notice the reviews that you are not happy with you merely enjoy cutting them down and make slashing remarks. No apologetic attitude or cares for making them happy. I have worked in customer service all of my life, and the way you treated me was very disrespectful. Maybe you should do your job of repairing thing behind the scenes because you do not know how to treat any of the customers that disagree with your views.
