Mr. Pc was knowledgeable about my laptop issues when I described them to them Unlike BestBuy. They kept me updated on my laptop process. And it was cheaper than BestBuy and I got my laptop back in a timely manner. I appreciate their service.

Scammers… I was told multiple stories & multiple prices.. unfortunately i gave them a ps5 to clean & the power supply was damaged in their care & they made me pay $153 total for something that was initially told to me to be just a $90-$120 fix. They got their money plus extra gouging. I was a repeat customer who recommended people to go here for years…. I now regret everything.Edit: I never signed anything stating the ps5 never turned on lol… yall are trying to be funny but you already got your money if y’all weren’t wrong why did yall feel the need to get cute in a reply? Oh cause y’all know what yall did… & I’m taking notes.1you all called me today… (caught in a lie)2 why one person said infestation and another said only a few bugs were found? Hmmm ok2.5: i never stated that the system didn’t turn on, the day of the drop off the guy was insisting that if the infestation was bad that it could be an issue with it turning on(and i had a red flag go off but I stayed calm) he never checked it to see if it turned on especially not in front of me as i paid for service so how would i sign something stating it wasn’t turning on when it was? Be sooo for real right now3 the system turned on before it was in you alls care4 I didn’t demand a discount I demanded an explanation. And nobody can explain a thing, just price gouging excuses!

Mr. Wally was extremely helpful, I was able to get my phone screen fixed in just about an hour. Mr. PC was very accommodating and was able to not only give me great customer service, but a great result for my phone as well!

Honestly After Paying $180 I Would Never Go Here Again , I Came In To Get My Computer Fixed He Stated He Knew What The Issue Was (Mr.Wally) & That He Could Have It Fixed Within A Day , Came The Next Day For Him To Not Be Finished & Just For Him To Say It’s Going To Be $30 More Because HE Diagnosed It Wrongly. In A Place Of Business If You Made A Mistake It Should Be Corrected I Shouldn’t Have To Pay An Additional $30 Because You Claim To Know What The Problem Was. Not Only That He Wasn’t Even Going To Call Me To Make Me Aware Of The Problem I Had To Drive All The Way To The Store. The NEXT Day Still No Call I Had To Call Him.. Very Unprofessional

I brought my laptop in to fix my cracked screen and it was fixed the same day!! It was no more than 2 hours and the guys inside were really nice and reassuring about helping me make the best decision for my laptop. My screen resolution looks so much better and clearer!! Very reasonable prices and the service was amazing. I will definitely recommend this place to others and come back for anymore repairs I need! Thank you Wallie!

I brought my Xbox series x to Mr pc, after I bent my hdmi port twice, first time my one year old son push my xbox over, which caused the hdmi cord to snap while inside, the second time I used the same cord, which bent it the second time, after inserting it in two times, the second time of me inserting I noticed the cord wasnt going all the way in, right away I called them to fix it again, I should of read the signs after the first visit, when the first tec that worked on my xbox series x, he told me my xbox doesn’t have 4k on it, when all xbox series s/x have 4k built in it, that was a red flag right there, the second time I went they told me I damaged the port even more, I’m like how when I damaged it more the first time, he was like yeah this thing is busted and that I have eternal damage, now before giving them my xbox my xbox turned on and off, after receiving my xbox, my xbox doesn’t turn on at all, like it won’t stay on for a second, I called him back like what’s going on, me and my wife sitting here listening to him, he tells me that they never worked on anything like this before, then to tell me that the reason why it won’t turn back on is because of the eternal damage….. all ima say if you go here, go at your own risk cause it shouldn’t be no reason why my xbox isn’t turning back on
