This bank lied to my fiancé to get him to open an account with them to cash a check. I've never heard of this before and when I looked into it, it wasn't true. Wouldn't recommend this bank.

I had a customer that wrote me a check in my name by accident instead of my business. I said no worries don't waste it that's fine. My bank is closed on Saturday so I decided to swing by and cash the check. I wait in line only to have the teller tell me since I don't have an account I have to see a banker. I sit and wait for a banker get in there and it's a sales pitch to get an account. I tell the I am happy with my bank and don't want an account. So 15 minutes in line, 20 minutes waiting and talking to banker, then had to wait in line for the teller again and pay 8 dollars to cash a Bank of America check. There is no way in hell I would ever open an account.

My wife banks here. I don't. But again we do. Came in to cash a check by geico. Tammy older lady was a B. First day I came in. Says check not good to cash yet. Came in 24 hrs later The blonde short hair manager was worse. Said checks geico check not good yet. I'm on the phone with the adjuster and he's insisting the check is very good and everything's ready to go! These people doesn't not know how to treat their customers. Profiling me and antagonizing me to my potential. Bottom line is. If you dont bank with them. They treat you like chit. Pls don't bank here and we will close our account here.
