They are THE BEST!! It was late Saturday and I needed to get the Blue Ridge Beef Puppy Mix for my growing puppy. They would be closed Sunday. I called 5 min to closing and they said they would wait for me!!! Who does that anymore. Mill Creek Dog Food Center does. So appreciated their customer service. Thank you ?

I have been taking my poodle here for over 5 years and my schnauzer for almost 2.. not many issues except for cutting them to close and leaving scraps.. but lately they have been canceling appointments because they are short staffed.. out for emergency reasons which I can understand but for one- they don't call you back to reschedule appointments and this last time they stated she was out for her husband.. 3 weeks go by without a rescheduled phone call so I call them and they tell me she's still out.. there are no groomers there.. but my son got a call to bring his dogs in the next day and was groomed.. so I call back the next day to ask why was I lied to and they say oh.. the groomer just happened to pop in!!! Awful way to handle business and at this point I wouldn't even trust my babies with them anymore!!! It's very upsetting to be lied to and treated this way with no explanation.. checked reviews on the page and I see they have done this to others. They didn't realize my son's dogs also went there and I would see that they were groomed.. just down right unprofessional

I wasn't finished regarding Mill Creek. Don't know really where I left off before I lost you guys.I would like to say because of how hard Cam was trying to see that I was satisfied and had everything I needed that I will tell all my friends what a nice place Mill Creek is to shop.Also, the prices are good too. I bet if they don't have what you are looking for that they would order it for you. They have a grooming parlor next door you may want to check out. Cam's mgr ought to give him a raise for being such a hard and conscientious worker.
