Michael's Cleaners is terrible. Tammy is the rudest person I have ever had the misfortune to speak with. I brought my wedding dress in to be steamed. The day it should've been ready it wasnt because they forgot to send it out. I let Tammy know it needed to be done the next day because my wedding was 3 days away. When I went to pick it up, it was stained on the skirt from the front all the way through every layer to the back. Tammy went through every excuse and how it wasnt her fault, she didnt do it, etc and honestly she had no empathy that a wedding dress for my wedding 2 days away was ruined. She finally offered a refund which I told her still left me with no dress and almost no time to get a new wedding dress. Again, zero empathy. I had her keep it to send back to get cleaned. I called the plant location the next day around 1:30pm to see if they got the stain out only to be told the location never sent it. No apology, just excuses. I reiterated my wedding was the next day and I wanted to speak with the owner. She told me he was out of town, so I asked for the person in charge. She stated "I'm one of them." She actually had the audacity to ask me if I could wear my stained wedding dress for my wedding. I was stunned that anyone would ask that but she was unapologetic. She said she'd send someone to get the dress and see if she could get the stain out. I told her to call me as soon as she knew since I was down to hours to find a dress to wear if she couldn't.By 5pm there was still no call so I called. No answer. It took multiple calls to get her back on the phone only to be told, unapologetically, that it didn't come out and it needed to be cleaned which could not be done until the next day. She also stated "someone spilled a clear liquid sugar on it that was invisible and came out when it was steamed." On a new dress, an invisible, otherwise undetectable stain was there and it didn't show as a stain until they steamed it?! I don't think so. Someone should've called when it stained instead of trying to pass it off and hope it went unnoticed. They could've cleaned it and sent it back late after talking to me instead of acting like it was fine. So with finding out at 5pm the night before my wedding I was without my wedding dress and not a single person I dealt with at Michael's Cleaners cared. She was sending it back for me to get that night but i told her not to rush since i now needed to find a new dress to wear and I was not racing to get it since I couldnt wear it. Fast forward to 2 weeks after this fiasco started, no call from the owner so i went to get my dress. Tammy grabbed it before i said a word and hung it on the rack for me to take. i asked if they got the stain out, she knew exactly where it was and said "nope". I asked why not and once again it was a litany of excuses and it wasnt her fault, etc. I asked for my money back and now she couldnt after offering me a refund 2 weeks earlier. I stated how I could not believe the lack of customer service and care coming from her. Twice she has stated how she doesnt represent the company that employs her. She was buligerent now, lying to me so in my frustration I called her out on her lies and raised my voice to match hers. She refused to give me the owners information, threatened to call police and yelled for me to get out of her store. The same store she claims she doesn't represent. I walked out and called another location where a nice and sympathetic woman Katherine took my message to have the owner call me. To date the owner has not called after asking 2 different employees to have him call me. I guess that's how they think customers should be treated. It was my first and last time using this business. I have a ton of things I need to be brought to the cleaners but if they were the last one around Id travel anywhere else before going here. I work with a lot of people who after hearing about this horrific experience will also never use this business.

Horrible experience. Very poor communication and did not receive any compensation for the inconvenience.

Rough experience. Came in with some suits and shirts, asked about rates. No issue there, they are competitive. Issues came when going through the shirts, had a few new ones. Apparently that's not allowed, and when I was putting pins in a pin bowl, she took the extra effort to talk down to me. The representative at the front felt that "dismissive derogatory" was the best way to approach me, so as much as I enjoy spending $120 at a dry cleaners, I'll head to another.

After having a great night at a military ball, I had two food stains on my uniform jacket. I brought my jacket to this business the very next morning because I knew the stains was fresh. When I came to get my jacket the stains were still there. I pointed them out when I dropped it off, so they tagged it for "spots". I wanted to support this business. I'd go elsewhere your my dry cleaning.Service: Special care fabric cleaning

Having to make the 4th complaint about my dry cleaning not being serviced properly. Consistently having to deal with the cleaners putting a crease in my jeans. There is a note on my account not to, I always ask the rep note to and I write a hand written note. I’ve spoke with John the owner at least two times about this. I don’t understand why his employees can’t get this right CONSISTENTLY!! And yes, I am a paying customerUpdate: 10/5 - John Davis the owner got extremely frustrated and defensive during the conversation. He promised me will correct my jeans and offered free services on my next visit. Also suggested I go somewhere else! Caution yourself people. I’ll update this post after I get my jeans back and see if he delivers on a free service. I tried looking them up on BBB and unable to find them. Wow!

The lady that is receiving customers on Saturdays is extremely rude . I took my sousplats to get cleaned there, she received them. When I came back one week later they were still at the store, nothing has been done. Happily, Mrs Tammy Morgan (a very polite and nice person) helped me and I got the service that I needed . Today I went to pick up another thing and the same rude lady asked me rudely : did you pick up your Mantels or whatever they were?? Did you pay? I really hold myself for not replying: no, I stole them !! I took my clothes and I will never go back to that place. I don’t deserve to be treated that way .

I dropped my white shirt and dress pants off on Monday for a wedding I have on Saturday. It’s Friday and my shirt came back with brown stains all over so it’s useless. My dress pants to my suit are still MIA. First time and last time I’ll use this Dry Cleaners!

I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere.....I literally waited outside the door 10 minutes while a guy/customer was in there talking with no mask for at least 10 minutes! I know they saw me waiting patiently outside the door with clothes in my hand,, but they kept their conversation going as if I wasn't there! Why have a mask policy on the door if you don't enforce it. I don't want to put myself at risk anymore...I like this cleaners, but not enough to put my or my families health at risk! This lackadaisical mask enforcement policy will eventually put them and their customers on a terrible health situation...I'm out before it happens to me! You would think a business would go out of there way to enforce the mask order to stay open and make money! This isn't the first time and I did say something a couple of months back. There is a cleaners closer to where I work anyways...

I'd rate higher except for problems with buttons coming up missing on my shirts. It's happened three times now and I'm moving on to another provider.

The worker Tammy became belligerent, when I asked why I was overcharged on dry cleaning. She is lucky I had god today because this old lady really threw a phone at me!! Never seen such a mentally unstable person working in the service industry.
