I had a wonderful buying experience with the customer service associate by the name of Josh. He was wonderful and assisted with purchasing the phone that I literally drove around to multiple stores to find. What could have been the most frustrating experience was made pleasant by Josh's professional knowledge of the product, pleasant demeanor, and patience. THANK YOU JOSH FOR YOUR ASSISTANCE!!!!

Horrible customer service, I asked latina lady why my phone plan is suspended because I pay every 8th of each month and she said it suspend the day before. I use metro for 10 years and always suspends on the 8th at midnight not the 7th. And she found my account and said you are not even on the system. What?! She didn't even try to listen to me she said you are making me nervous don't ask questions. She was flirting with some man and she wanted me to leave quickly I came back to tell her something she was gossiping about me with her dude. She needs to be fired, very unprofessional.She also said you can't have e sim, e sim is only for 14 pro max which is absolutely not true!

Everyone here is always rude and act inconvenienced that you walked in. Find another Metro PCS location. Has to have better service than this specific location.

I came to this location on 08/25/2022. My fiance went into this location to try and get a new phone. We were told by the worker, that the cheapest phone they have is $180 because they have to bundle now when you get a new phone (Phone, phone case screen protector etc.)we come In today thinking we saved $100. We were told that the exact phone she got offline, they sell for $20 cheaper. We paid $80 for the phone. Asked em how much it would be out the door if we had bought the phone at this location. $140 out the door... DO NOT USE THIS STORE! The chick that came in on a tow truck lied. Won't be using this store or any other store owned by this person again. SHUT IT DOWN!

The week before I actually walked into the store I called this particular T-Mobile location. Randy was very helpful, very courteous, with a little bit of humor. He was very knowledgeable and very professional. By the time I walked into the store, Randy remembered my name, remembered the phone I wanted, and remembered that I needed it immediately. The customer service reps there were so nice to me, very knowledgeable, and didn't miss a beat. We had one major or minor snafu but other than that the service here was excellent.

Worst place to go to due to lack of customer service and how they treat their employees. They over charge you for nothing , they not there to help you only want you to spend money if you not spending no money they not trying to help you and very poor management the manager their act like he lost and don’t know nothing TAKE YOUR MONEY else where I’m telling you from experience you want be satisfied

Do not take your money to this store. They charge you for every little thing, they not really concern with helping you. They just want to make a sell and take your money. If you want good service, you will not get it here. Please run fast away from this store and the one on bush river road
