Never go here. My phone blacked out and came here to buy a new one. The price was 200.00 but somehow came up to 282. I asked why so much tax they said activation fee. I already had service with this company. Called customer service they told me it's only 25 dollars activation fee for an upgrade. They also gave me a phone case and a tablet which I didn't ask for, told me it comes with the phone. Found out they charge me for the tablet and raised my monthly rate. I asked for a receipt they said it comes to my phone, which it never did. Staff is Ghetto, they stealing from the company and very unprofessional. I advise u to avoid this place.

Terrible, just awful. If you read this choose another store in the area. I echo all other 1 star comments, The staff and store is unprofessional, possesses a lack of knowledge, and no business ethics.

This store is a rip off, the store manager and her staff are unprofessional and undertrained. Went in for a switch over from another carrier and they didn't check if the phone I brought was unlocked and transferable, charged me $65 just to tell me they couldn't activate the SIM card and told us it was non refundable. Prior to this they offered a free screen protector for wanting to switch over, but charged me $23 and also said was non refundable. The store manager asked her staff member if she checked if the phone was unlocked by carrier and she said no but was too late to reverse the incident and blamed me for not knowing, I'm not a trained phone technician so I wouldn't have known, she also claimed that I wouldn't know if the phone was unlocked unless I tried to switch over. Which made no sense that she blamed me then made that acknowledgement. I called metro customer service and reported this store for ripping ppl off and being undertrained and not taking responsibility for mistakes and charges made. I called a week later for a refund for the FREE product I was charged for and received that didn't fit my phone and she claimed I asked for it which I did not!!! I called back and was laughed at and my phone number was blocked from calling back. I called private and requested the district managers number and they refused to give it to me.They aren't giving reciepts to customers claiming their printer is broken. So I had to come back and request it and the staff member sent it to my mobile phone from a picture taken from her phone from her computer. The charge was clearly on there and not free.I was scammed and not refunded. One manager had a very tight and thin melon see thru shirt on, I could literally see her peirced nips and dark colored areolas from 4 ft away right infront of me, my husband, and 5 yr old daughter. I wasn't even trying to look but it was that noticable and wasn't in store uniform behind the counter.. the same lady also defensively asked if we had a problem when my husband stormed out upset bc he was ripped off, and I said no to avoid confrontation with this employee bc her approach was unprofessional and intimidating, I'm pregnant so I wasn't trying to get into any type of fight or confrontation with her.... I'm otp with metro customer service as of now reporting this store and requesting a refund. The store looks trashy on the outside just like their employees....my number was blocked from calling back as well.

So they actually dnt close at 8 pm on Saturday I got to the store in desperate need of a charger block for my sick mother who was in the hospital right up the block. It was 730 pm the door was locked wile the lady with the afro was sitting in the store being very flirtatious with the customer.Columbia is so unprofessional all across the city.

Every time I come here they can’t do what I need. One time they couldn’t activate a sims card now their system is down so I couldn’t pay my phone bill smh!! The workers are lazy literally sitting down in front of the door as I’m typing waiting to go home … shut the store down please !!

This is the worst store I've ever stepped in. This store needs an investigation and undercover shoppers before they get a huge lawsuit, if not already have or in the process. I will insure that the information I have makes it to an investigative reporter.

Metro PCS at 3908 West Beltline is the worst no customer service what so ever they are straight ghetto and they post up outside all the time what do you expect the store is in the hood and the three females that work their are definitely hood for sure

Worst customer service ever! Rep wanted to sit outside in the sun with her family instead of helping us. Then once she felt obligated to help us, she treated us poorly and didn't even help with the issue. We basically wasted a trip
