Where to begin? Mary Gervais Brantley is outstanding. Her service is the definition of "above and beyond." From the outset, buying during a time when rates are volatile and frankly, a bit scary, MG was there every step of the way to make sure we got the best rate possible. No stone was left unturned, and when unexpected issues arose, MG was clear about what needed to be done and proactive in getting the issues resolved. She worked behind the scenes tirelessly to make sure we walked with a better rate than we could have ever imagined at the outset.
