I wish I could give this store zero star I mean no star at all. Came to this location 3 times I mean I have to set appointments every damn time and I can't get a clear explanation on why they can't fix my MacBook and my iPhone screen like I don't get what geek squad actually do in this store like I understand the apple care is not covering it and I'm willing to pay out of pocket for it and this dude that's always there never ever give clear explanation and he don't listen to the customer at all like I don't get how you work at a customer service job and you have zero experience. Kept on repeating what I'm telling him. Geek squad can't fix an iPhone screen lol y'all need to close this location and use the money for something else Bc it's all useless and I believe dude name Chris or something. Never ever go to this location if you know you don't want to waste your precious time

Once a customer/user friendly store has turned into a automaton operation with lovely inside with products displayed albeit appliance section has gone to the dogs, Today you find an establishment impossible to contact by telephone. One of the managers told me "oh yes we don't take phone calls, too many." Employees walking around with kind of a glaze, My last ordering experience was ordering a Samsumg gas range. Ordered and paid. Delivery set up. Several messages sent by Best Buy to me confirming the delivery including the morning of the delivery. I made all the preparations for delivery. 8:15 morning of delivery I receive a call from the installer telling me that the range in no where to be found in the store. So can't deliver what he cannot find and can't install what he does not have. Tried to call the store LOL oh yeah I already covered that they don't talk to people. Called the toll free number where you get transferred to "the team." a new term who tells me yeah the item was scheduled for delivery. When store opens I go to store to have Geek squad check my phone. Best Buy "team" member made an appointment. Got to the Geek Squad desk their diagnostic equipment was down and had been down for a month. (wonder why I was scheduled for an appointment. ) During my visit I checked on my stove ....talked to one of the alleged managers who made absolutely no effort to deal with my issue. Rather arrogant at best when asked about why they didn't take phone calls. Long story short, Save yourself trouble and go to an appliance store. Several out there. Best Buy is going the way of Circuit City. It won't be long after reading all the negative comments. P.S. oh yeah as for tech support forget it. wait and wait and wait and wait.

I see no problem with this store so not let the ratings drag you away, the pc components are always in great box brand new condition, and the employees are very nice and knowledgeable.

I went into the store to get a home pod mini and finding a Best Buy associate to assist me was like pulling teeth. I went to the help desk and the man standing at the counter was just playing on his phone the entire time. He wouldn't look up from his phone while talking to me and acted like I was bothering him. I just walked away and tried to find someone on the sells floor. I finally ran into someone and I asked him about the home pod mini. He just pointed to the other side of the store and said "Apple products are over there" and then he just walked away. . . . I walk over to the apple section and there's literally no one there to help me. All of the apple products are locked up. I thought it was weird that the associate would send me over to the Apple products knowing that they were all locked and that there was no one assigned to the department. I walked around the store a little while longer looking for help but never got any. Their most helpful associates (just two of them) were already busy with other customers. The rest of them were just playing on their phones or having discussions with each other. I just walked out, went home and bought the home pod mini from apples website. I ended up getting it the next day. I'm probably never going to set foot in another Best Buy again. At least not the one in Harbison.

Disappointed that cannot reach online Live CHAT agent for Geek Squad. Tried 3 times in past 2 days, at off-peak hours. Whenever I see this message "We're experiencing higher than normal chat volume right now", what it really means to me is "We haven't hired enough agents to help you in a timely manner". It would be great if they offered a CallBack service or accepted email.
