1st time customer and me and my husband were pleased with the experience! Kierra and Ms Tonyel both worked on our taxes and got us a great return. We had to file out of state as well and they were able to do that with ease. We will use them again for sure!

So I paid over 600 dollars which I would have done my taxes myself if I knew it would cost so much. I asked before we started how much the young lady never responded. So three days later I found out the irs rejected my file do to someone not giving me a paper to sign that I'm the mother of my kids. After me calling calling trying to figure out what's going on with the advance I apply and paid extra. Communication is terrible ?
