Workers are notoriously not helpful at any Lowe's if you can even find them. They're only there to stock shelves and watch everyone use checkout. If we're rating Lowe's on their inventory, that's a different story.

A sales associate at this store sold us the wrong shower doors for a shower kit. Not really a problem in and of itself. I pulled up the receipt to return them and realized we were meer days past the 90 day return policy so I called to see if they could help us out considering we had been sold the wrong product and it was close to $500. I was repeatedly put on hold for 25-30 minutes at a time and spoke to the wrong person who couldn't help me no less than 7 times. It was very obvious that management was just brushing me off and ignoring me which I find to be not only rude but weak. I'm just trying to ask a simple question, not have an argument. At least have the strength to say no to me instead of wasting hours of my time.
It should be noted that I originally called the Lowe's on two notch near Oneal Court and the manager there answered immediately and told me he would be willing to refund me until he realized I had called the wrong Lowe's. I recommend the Lowe's on Oneal Court hands down.

I was leading a volunteer day for work and called the store to ask for an order to be ready for pick up. The store manager Stephanie was very professional and accommodating. The order was ready on time when I arrived and even got assistance to the car after paying. A great example of a great place to shop for DIY products as well as great customer service!!

Their online orders really need a lot of work and attention. They don't have it together at all. They make you wait and then tell you that things have already been picked up when they haven't. They won't even let you go pick your own order. If it hadn't been picked yet. You might be sitting there for 2 and 1/2 to 3 hours. You might even have to come back another day after you've already paid. Not good at all

These stores are getting progressively worse...the pex section in plumbing is horrible, and unfortunately the kid I asked for assistance was clueless, he told me that they no longer carry 1 and half inch schedule 40 pipes, one of the more common pipes used. So very sad this is happening to these stores.

Worst experience for a loyal customer. When into Lowe’s yesterday to get some wood to finish repairing my deck. John (associate in the wood area) had a nasty and hostile attitude. I walk down the aisle nobody in site , so I peep outside the door there was John grilling food on the grill . I attempted to ask him a question about the wood , he stated he was break . After that he got mad like I was bothering him and became hostile. I stated I’m only asking you because the cashier sent me back here. I stated, thats how we treat loyal customers!!!!

This review is based on one particular employee, Larry, in the plumbing department. He was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful! He took the time to answer questions and helped me rebuild an entire tub faucet replacement in separate parts to match my funky 1970s plumbing, which wasn't compatible with anything else. I wish all the employees were like him. Overall, Lowes is always a reliable store but Larry was awesome!

I would give 5 stars if they had more help in the aisles. Nice clean restrooms which are in the front of the store. Plants are quite expensive.

What a disaster, we ordered doors so they would be delivered to this store, since it is closer to our home, but no they delivered it to another store which is 30 minutes away from us.

Lowes has been very helpful with my home projects. I've had my deck repaired with composite wood, and my front door was replaced with a beveled storm door. Easy monthly payments with 12 months of interest free

I thought I was crazy until I read other reviews, the customer service here is beyond trash. I order everything online specifically to avoid the staff at this Lowes. I know its not just this one, most of them have very poor customer service.
