The walmart of Hardware stores! Like come on this is a store where literally almost everyone will need some type of assistance which we can hardly ever find. And omg there is no point in ordering online and doing pickup. Online had it the store didn't, the store called around sent me to 3 other stores that said they had it but didn't except for the last store which had a ton of this certain linoleum flooring only for the machine to catch on fire. 4 stores, a fire, and a full tank of gas for NOTHING! This company is way too big for the higher ups not to figure out a better solution. They have the means, use it to make it better as there are some business who have it but not enough resources. Lowes do better!

I was looking for fittings in the plumbing department, and I feel like the people that stock this Lowes literally just put bags of fittings in whatever holder they can find. Everything was mixed up. Nothing was the correct place. I guarantee in the future I will drive a couple extra minutes up the road, to Home Depot.

Went to purchase a toliet-choose the one I wanted and needed help to place it on cart. Customers service at this store is horrible. Three sales people avoided me as I ask for help. I was ready to walk away when a salesperson clocking out helped. I will avoid this Lowe's from now on.

We waited at the saw to get services for cutting wood for at least 30 min. They paged an associate several times while other customers also waited around us. I counted 6 different employees pass by us without asking if we needed help. Korey was the only one who stopped to ask if we needed help and then helped us. An employee (woman, brown hair) stated out loud that she didn't work in lumber. I then witnessed her scan and sort lumber in the same isle we were waiting. As a loyal and long time customer, it's hard to see this level of indifference. Darlene cashed us out and was courteous and kind.

I always have a bad customer experience at this store. They don’t do exchanges so please misplace your receipt or receive the wrong gift. I only wanted to do a simple exchange of equal value. No money back, let me cut up this Lowe’s card and go to Home Depot.
