I recently moved and don’t have access to my tools or a garage. So I was looking for a place I could trust to get an oil change done with my supplies. This place came recommended and it did not fail. I pulled up, checked in, left oil and filter on the passenger seat, paid, and was on my way in less than 15 minutes total. The service was less than $20. Well worth not getting my hands dirty. I will be back in 10k and with my wife’s ride when hers is due.

It's ok..I had to tell him to rotate the tires..Also didn't want that cheap blue windshield washer put in...Your was nasty and dirty..

Supposed to be a "QUICK" Lube. Almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. This is supposed to be a quick in and out but they had a vehicle they were changing out 4 tires on which held everything up. Mounting and balancing tires should be done in the main garage not in the facility designed to be a Quick Lube. If you expect an in and out service, I would not recommend going here. The service I received was good but not what expected with the long wait.Service: Oil change

Obviously it is a shop and the guys and girls can only work as fast as they can, with that being said, yes I waited for my vehicle for around 2 hours.. BUT they were super busy and everyone was working their butts off, always great customer service from Charlotte and the shop personnel!
