This is the first time I've owned a Chevrolet. I went in for my 1st scheduled maintenance that stated an oil change and tire rotation. I had to inform the attendant that my app stated my tires needed air put in them. My tires were not rotated. I didn't want to have this conversation with staff present as they were very busy it seemed. I'm very dissatisfied with this experience!

We recently purchased a vehicle from Love Chevrolet. Through inquiries of who is a great sales associate to work with, I was given the name of Ron B. Throughout the purchasing process, we were very pleased with Ron. He is very personable, yet professional, thorough in his facts of the vehicle, and has been great in support after the purchase. It was our first experience with this dealership, and Ron represents their brand very well. I hear good things about the service department as well and look forward to future engagements with Ron and Love Chevrolet.

This is my second time buying a car from Love Chevrolet and using Marlene Cragin. I have bought a total of 8 cars from her but my experiences with her at Love were such a pleasure! Everyone there is so accommodating and the handling of the customers there is definitely a number one priority! Marlene is great at what she does!

The appointment was honored although there were other customers waiting. I was given a car wash code but no instructions for how or where to use it. Overall service was quick and efficient.

I just got my first oil change on my car, went in, the process went smoothly and it didn’t take long; HOWEVER, when I got in my car ALL of my things in my glove box were spilled out onto the floor, my sunglasses were face down. It looked like someone just flung all of my stuff out with no consideration of other peoples property!!!! How inconsiderate!!

Teamwork is the key, When I called Love Chevrolet about the Recall, Action was put in place with ordering the part I needed and scheduling a date and time to install the part. On the schedule date Service Advisor Joey log my car in for maintenance and provided shutter Transportation that I could complete my day without hesitation. Service advisor Joey demonstrates High Professional Standards for Love Chevrolet , the customers and their vehicle.

I didn’t recommend this place! Last time they change the oil of my truck I noticed it was really fast (like less 10min) but I paid and I think that was normal. But few days after I noticed my truck was leak the oil and they didn’t change the oil and puncture the oil hose and smashed the entire oil filter. I’m really disappoint with this place because it’s a lot money to fix all the damage they’ve done.

Mike “Mac” McLauchlin was awesome! He helped me pick the trim level/options of my Tahoe. He educated me of the buying process, from the time I ordered to pick up. Set realistic expectations of the time frame. Answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. Had my car ready for pick up the day after it arrived at the dealership. Showed me all the features at pickup and had me in and out of financing super quickly. I could not of asked for a better experience. Mike was great!!!!

I’m a small business owner with 1 box truck which is critical to my business operations. I made a service appointment and dropped the truck off to have standard servicing completed while I was away for over a week on vacation. When I called on Monday morning, I was told it wasn’t ready and they hadn’t had an opportunity to get to it. I replied with, “you had it a week and you couldn’t get to it?” The reply was, “it’s been hot and I can’t push my guys.” They said they would try to get to it that day because I said I needed it by end of day so I could have it for my scheduled jobs the next day. When I called back at 3:30, they said it wasn’t quite ready. I told them I need it and if they couldn’t finish by end of day to make sure it was buttoned up for me to pick up before they closed. When I arrived to pick it up at 5, nothing had been done. If I conducted my business like this, I would be out of business.

I was acknowledged immediately, and advised of the things that needed my attention throughout my time there. Everyone was polite and helpful. I was in and out within 30 minutes. Waiting area was clean and well stocked if I wanted coffee.

Michael "Mac" Mclouglan is the very best salesman anyone could have. He is helpful, truthful and thorough. John "business office" is professional and helpful. I have bought multiple vehicles from Love and they have helped each time.I would rate both of them a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10

Extremely disappointed in the experience with the service department for my Silverado. Made an appointment where I was told I could wait for the truck (2 hrs) only to rearrange my work schedule and arrive to be told it would be 4.5 hours and I would have to drop it off. The service person made an APPOINTMENT for 8am this morning (dropped off last night; first in line). Also received a robo-text CONFIRMING my 8am APPOINTMENT. Since no one reached out to me be 12:30 (4.5 hours since the 8am APPOINTMENT), I reached out to get a status update. Of course, I was sent straight to voicemail. Received a call at around 1:30pm where I was told that a technician WOULD be doing my service, etc. and that the truck would be ready around 4:30pm. When asked why my 8am appointment had turned into a 4:30 pickup, I received a litany of excuses and 4 versions of “it’s not our fault”. I had to completely rearrange my day and schedule a ride to pick up the truck; all of which were cratered by the ineptitude of the service department. Essentially, I wasted TWO days because the scheduler/service department can’t get their mess together. At the VERY least, I would have expected a phone call at 8:01am letting me know that there would likely be a half day delay on my truck. NOTHING. Not the level of professionalism that I expected and will NOT be returning to Love Chevrolet.

The entire group at Love Chevrolet were amazing! John Wise, Cliff and Mac were very helpful and did a great job of making the experience of buying a new car enjoyable! I look forward to working with this staff in the years to come as I enjoy my new beautiful Chevrolet Equinox.
