Would highly recommend going elsewhere. Bought my car in October of 23’, I’ve had to take it to get serviced or assessed due to mechanical issues 4 times within less than a year. Had an appointment this morning at 10am, arrived at 9:40am….sat waiting until 12:34 and told them to bring my car around that I could not wait any longer due to work commitments. They had JUST put it on the lift. What’s the point in making an appointment? A car assessment does not take 3+ hours. I will say on ONE positive note, the lady who works in the service department is much more pleasant than the other guys in there.

This most recent oil change was the best experience I have had getting service at their dealership. It was much faster than normal and the service manager (I think his name was Eric but I may be misremembering that) was super nice. They have improved a lot.

I would leave 0 stars if it was possible. The customer service at this place is GARBAGE. Is this America? I got treated better in other countries serving our Military. Sure i was shot at, but rather be shot at than deal with these cockroaches.

Had a car problem, and acted like i left. I spied on them doing the so called "test drive" where they found no issues wrong with my car, but they barely drove it. How can you find intermittent issues WHEN YOU DON'T DO A PROPER TEST DRIVE? How this place stays in business is beyond me. I get traffic is bad in this area, but stop lying to your customers. The reviews speak for themselves.
