Can’t get a call back or talk to the same person twice. Doctor office sent them the paperwork weeks ago to get me the equipment I need. Get a different answer about my status every time, every time I calll they say someone will call me back. I have yet to get a single callback.Had to get my insurance company intro finally get a call back, they called other providers and advised me to use another company/location. The other company much more responsive and easy to work with

I’ve been on hold for more than more than 30 minutes, after being disconnected by them, on hold again. Don’t trust them to call me back. They actually did. The rep was polite and ensured my request would be paid by insurance. She reviewed the order details and I’ll be receiving them early next week. They were short staffed, patience is a virtue!

**Warning***I went to the LifeHME office on Remount Rd in North Charleston, SC. It's a sketchy looking little office in a random strip mall. I got a Cpap machine and after a couple of weeks I returned the machine. 5 months later they contacted me saying that I never returned the Cpap machine!! I am furious and have contacted the Better Business Bureau- I would never trust this place again. Stay away- dishonest employees

The manager sucks she never answers the phone she will not call back but if one of the staff members email her she answer but she still never call back..I have to call and tell them my baby order bc they don't call..I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AT ALL....They lack communication and seem to not care the rating really should be a 0.

I called to handle affairs for my parents and the receptionist answered after about 5 rings and repeatedly announced the business name but never asked to assist. She sounded like a recording. I finally said can you hear me and the person finally spoke. Hint, when you answer the phone just say Life HME, how may I direct your call. Pretty simple and doesn't take a lot of brain power.

I understand completely now why I am reading all the TERRIBLE REVIEWS regarding this company. I have left several messages for management to contact me and the representatives tell me oh they are in meetings"ALL DAY". I don't understand why your company is so dishonest and lacks communication with your clients. How do you sleep well at night. Would you ever want your family members treated as such! WHATEVER ANYONE DOES PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ZERO STARS*

Do not do business with this company. They call every month wanting payment when the check has already cleared the bank. Payed off account at the end of the year 2022. January and February still getting calls about when are we going to make a payment. Husband has said he would rather die in his sleep than deal with this company ever again.

It was pretty upsetting today to be honest after talking to one of the representatives. Let me tell you this when you have someone working as a customer support I would assume that if I have any problems or issues with the service, I could get an answer or a possible solution atleast. Not this time, not with this person that I talked to. First of she already had an attitude and what made it very upsetting is that she is not any case apologetic about the situation because she had told me that her job has nothing to do with any kind of delivery problems. She did offer to look into it after I had asked for a supervisor. Not at all sympathetic with the person that you're supposed to be helping with. I understand short staff but I guess you can't fix rudeness.

They are billing me before they turn a claim into insurance. The one claim they filed with insurance shows a copay of $20.17. They have auto drafted $66.30 so far and trying to auto draft another $46.68. When i try to have them stop the auto draft, they say they will, but never do. I have called them many times and get the run around.

Horrible company. We’re trying to get an error on our bill rectified and nobody will talk to us. They just threaten collections through their offsite billing company. Getting ready to get an attorney involved because we are not paying for items we never received.

Would give zero if i could. My mother in law was released from the hospital yesterday on a feeding tube. We have been trying to reach them since then to get her "food". Now it's the weekend and she is going to run out before they open back up on Monday! Don't use them if you have any choice. They should not be trusted with anyones medical needs.

I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered our monthly supplies for our medically complex child last month they said it would be delivered. We wait and wait and it never comes. We call and they were like “oh we need the yearly orders” Then we ask why they didn’t tell us when we called instead of saying the shipment is on the way? They blamed it on short staffing…so my child doesn’t need to eat because you can’t keep people? They sent us half of his food. We called again and they tell us they got the order from the doctors. Then we call for a 3rd time and leave a message because we have yet to receive the rest of our supplies and food and now it is into January. I’m livid and we’re going to be switching companies. If you if you know better, don’t use them.
