Loretta Ratliff was super patient and helpful getting my refund done I was having a hard time getting what I deserved before I was recommended to her she was friendly and did a great job getting me the best refund.

The guy at the front desk was very rude and unpleasant. Not a good luck for Liberty tax at all. He doesn't like people of color and it shows. He lied about not doing the holiday loan too. He was very unprofessional and I will never recommend this location to anybody else.

The guy at the front desk this morning was very unpleasant. He lied about Liberty tax not doing holiday loans. However I went to the location in irmo and Bill helped me with the holiday loan just fine. Meanwhile I didn't catch his name I know enough to know he's in a wheelchair. He's doesn't like people of color and it shows. He should not be the first person a customer sees when they come in. I will not recommend this location to anyone anymore.

Came in to check out what the liberty tax services experience would be like. I was greeted with such a warm smile from the young lady at the first desk. She was very patient and knowledgeable of all things LIBERTY. I was offered snacks and was not rushed. I will be bringing my taxes to Liberty this year. Thank you for all you do!
