My hair looks a damn mess!!!! She has these huge bulky senegalese twist in the back, & smaller ones in the front. I should of gotten box braids because half of the twist is a dern box braid! My middle part is crooked! Can never wear this bulky mess down!!! Have had these in maybe 3 weeks & looks like they've been in my hair for months! & very rude when you express your concerns! AWFUL customer service! I was trying to schedule and have my first appt. From the very first unreturned phone call 4 days prior all the way to not answering the door on the day of appt. After calling to let her know that we were at the door and had rang the bell and knocked several times she finally unlocks the door but doesn't open it. After waiting, I opened the door. Totally taken off guard because she was standing across the room away from the door. Told us to sit down and disappeared through the door to another room. WE WAITED AND WAITED. She NEVER came back to say anything. We left WITHOUT receiving any any services and I had to scramble and find someone else and schedule to get my daughter box braids.

One Star For Myself , I'm Always Good!!!!!My appointment ran late due to the crazy owner's silly assistant running late, I did get a complimentary eyebrow arch, needless to say a lot of businesses including hair are hit and miss/ I pay what and for the services I like, MM3 are priceless so this was a convenient appointment and it served its purpose, which is me being happy but I will go elsewhere next time and I won't bring my younger son there, this is more of an adult environment, the service I got was what I approved of because Im elite with MM3 no matter what!!!!!

She does excellent work. She is very friendly and professional. I had a very different request and everyone I contacted said they couldn't do it. I contacted her explained the situation and she sure . Her braiding is impeccable I have gone to multiple times and she continues to impress me. I would recommend her to anyone that desire quality and she is reasonable. Definitely 2 thumbs up.
