“The young lady who waited on me initially and also when I picked up my shirts was very professional. Most of the time when I visit she’s there. While I was waiting to get my clothes on this past Saturday, I heard her interacting with a customer in the drive through; she was very nice, and her tone indicated that she cared. She provided great customer service. Good to see employees who care about their job and others. I wish I could remember her name.”

“Our washer broke over the weekend and the replacement part hasn’t arrived yet so I had to go to the Rosewood location twice this week. Having to drag my two very wild toddlers along with me was a pain but the attendant was so friendly, helpful, and understanding-she made it so much less stressful. The machines were a little pricey (I’m not sure how they compare to other places) but it was worth it to be able to do multiple loads in the big washers and the facility was well kept. We’ll be using this location in the future for any big items that are tough to wash at home.”

“Nice clean facility. Prices as per date of this review:$9 largest washer which can hold king sized comforters and then some, then $6.50, $5, and I think $3 and that’s as far as I looked, but there were smaller ones after that so likely smaller cost.Dryers $.25/5mins. They get pretty darn hot so maybe $1.25 to dry a large $6.50 load. Most machines are debit card ready but they also have a change machine. I can’t remember if it takes $10s, but I remember seeing $5s & $1s on it.They also had a machine that converted higher bills to smaller, but it was OOC when I was there. But don’t fret because it’s conveniently located beside a grocery store, among others, in a shopping plaza.They only had 3 of the carts that help you move your load from washer to dryer to folding area(kinda small). Decent size and in good condition. And they have a TV and small area to sit and wait while laundering.”
“The washers were quick but did the job like I expect from a commercial washer. Heavy duty dirt and stains all came out even though it was a quick wash. The dryers were hot and dried my comforter in 16 minutes! The place was clean and well lit. Would highly recommend to others!”

“The experience with Tripp's Cleaners on Hardscrabble rd was great. No problems at all. They dry cleaned a mens suit for my husband
The suit had a stain on the jacket sleeve. I received the suit back with ALL of the stain removed. Amen. Will definitely be a repeat customer”

“Clean, friendly attendant, good machines. Most of them worked. Ones that did not work were clearly marked. It does get busy later on in the morning so if you want lots of room get in there early. They open at 7:00. This is one of the nicest laundromats i've used and I've used them all over the country. Glad to go back to this one again. Also the machines that are real nice job of washing and drying and they got the clothes dry and I was very pleased.”
