Do yourself a favor and don’t move here. This place is nothing but an overpriced SLUM. You can find the same quality of living for cheaper. Or just go ahead and pay an extra couple hundred dollars and get more bang for your buck. After rent and utilities, you’re paying over $1100+ to live in the ghetto. The pictures and professionalism advertised online is not reality. The people in the office are incompetent. The gate has been broken for over a year. The pool is one of the poorest I’ve ever seen. The laundry room stays unkept plus there’s no coin dispenser, meaning it’s your duty to bring your own change. There’s trash throughout the neighborhood and outside it. There’s rust on nearly every apartment. Some of the people here are deplorable and classless; rarely do they ever pick up after their animals or themselves. People leave liter in the yards. The trashcans are constantly overflowing. Also, be prepared to pay unnecessary fees that you can’t opt out of. Again, save yourself the headache. Don’t move here.

0/10 highly not recommend, i put in a maintenance request the day after i moved in for the air and the toilet and i've been here 3 months now still no air , toilet STILL leaking. it's literally 92 degrees in the apartment and it's dark outside. they honestly don't care about the problems you have in the apartment your paying your hard money for they literally are begging for rent while i'm begging for air they go home every night to a nice cool place that they pay their money for and its really unfair that i can't say the same this is ridiculous i've never seen any apartment that takes this long to fix air they said they was gonna fix it last week but never showed up, didn't call, nor did they bother to answer the phone VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! i refuse to pay them any rent until my air is fixed and they really had the nerve to serve eviction papers. i have no problem paying rent but i do have a problem paying rent and not having A/C for THREE MONTHS GOING ON FOUR ! its so hot in here you can literally pass out .

The Lady at the office gave me a call bc i inquired about a apartment i asked a few questions like asking her about admin fees or any other fees they may have and about cosigning she hung up the phone on me and never called me back...this to me was a RED FLAG to not deal with this company let this be yours

Been a resident for about 5 months and gate never worked. It's a hit and miss with the Laundry room. Half the washer and dryers work you end up spending more money than you should because you have to keep spending to dry more or rewash your clothes. If you complain to the office they will tell you it's a third party company and basically not care.Far as The front office I never really had a issue until today I'm having a issue trying to figure out how to rent garage and the lady in the office was not helpful and had a was not friendly at all. When I moved the apartment smelled bad and was dirty with several discrepancies they prorated until the 7th but it wasn't move in ready. I had to move in a week later because it still had the old carpet and it was still horrible shape. I don't plan on renewing my lease next year I'm very disappointed

I’ve been living here since spring of 2022, so just a few months. Before moving in, I sent my sister by to look at the property since I was moving from another state. To call it a bait and switch would be an understatement. While the public areas such as the pool and gym are well-kept and are nice amenities, and my neighbors are surprisingly quiet, the real problem that cannot be ignored is the mold. The buildings have not been maintained at all. My apartment always smells, there was a leak coming from who knows where (I am on the bottom floor) resulting in an even greater increase in mold. I could literally see the mold growing in one of the cabinets. I’ve been told repeatedly that this would be resolved. However, I don’t see how this could be the case without demolishing the entirety of the building and starting over as the problem is so pervasive. Everything simply amounts to an empty promise and a bandaid. I have asthma as well so will need to look at additional recourse.Renter beware.

I have yet to receive a refund that is due to me after having moved out almost 60 days ago (go look up SC law for yourselves). Apparently not even the Manager can get me a response on the status. I have been fed nothing but lies from every single person in that office. According to the BBB, I’m not the only one that’s experienced this sadly. Now I’m having to go the legal route. I doubt I would be having these communication issues if I owed instead. A total nightmare.

My poor mother had her apartment broken into on the ground floor and they wouldn't accommodate her to a higher floor, so she feels unsafe in her own home. The people above her flooded their apartment and water leaked through the ceiling into my mother's place and ruined her bed. Nothing was done about it. She's submitted maintenence reqests and they don't do anything. Rust on the fridge, mildew by the oven, and my mother is a very clean person. There are bugs everywhere, they don't do ANYTHING besides give my mother the run around. Overpriced for what you get. I highly don't recommend living here as they don't care about anyone. And I have this review saved in case it gets taken down by these people also. 0 stars if I could give it.

I lived here from about 2020- early 2022. I did a virtual tour due to the pandemic at the time. Once I moved in I realized they didn’t show me any of the holes in the base boards or the water damage to the bathroom ceiling in the virtual tour. I submitted requests about the leaking bathroom ceiling. They would come put popcorn over it and then I would have to submit another request in a few weeks. The gate they advertised is never closed. Never. There was a terrible raccoon problem and I was told basically that they weren’t going to do anything. I never got any help with any problems I had and I was always met with attitude. Overall it was a terrible experience. I live in a much better complex now for the same price.

A friend of mine lived here for several years until she had a horrifying experience. After reporting the incident to local authorities & bringing the incident to management's attention the manager was rude & seemed more concerned about her sitting in the office then helping her. She didn’t seem to care about her resident's safety & wouldn’t even speak directly to her. Clearly enjoying her vacation was more important.

I had such a wonderful experience with the office staff during my new resident process. I'm very thankful and I love my new place, I would most definitely refer my friends and family if they were looking for a new place to stay.

Over priced. We are paying $1,350 a month for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom broken down apartment. We moved in here in September and none of our issues have been fixed. We still have a non working dishwasher, our fridge is missing a whole shelf, our knobs on the stove are barely legible, door knobs are falling off, front door doesn’t shut right so it has to be locked 24/7 or it comes open. Garbage disposable chooses when it wants to work and smells of rotten food. I’ve called the office MULTIPLE times for these issues and I get nothing. “Manager” has never called me, maintenance came in once basically laughed and walked out. To top it all off we have a 1 year old who is CONSTANTLY getting woken up because the people above us are stomping and screaming all hours of the night. People are constantly standing outside of our apartment screaming, and speeding through the parking lot. Also, they state they are a “gated” community but the gate has been broken since we moved in so random people can come and go as they please. I am taking legal action if my problems aren’t fixed. We’ve lived in many rentals and even owned a house. Nothing has ever been this expensive and with this many problems.

I submitted my request because I had a hole grow in my ceiling. He looked at it and it was water damage and they told me they would come back to fix it yet have never returned, so now I just have a hole in my bathroom with a risk of the ceiling caving in.

I write this as a warning to anyone considering moving into this apartment complex. The rent you are paying to live here is not worth a half-working apartment complex with issues that aren’t being fixed in a timely manner. Consider moving elsewhere.Boyfriend just moved in here and is regretting it. He’s made several maintenance requests to have issues like the garbage disposal and electric outlets fixed, but they have yet to come out and fix them after a month. He can’t even use the dishwasher without water coming from the sink drain, probably because the garbage disposal doesn’t work.Roaches have come through the walls where floor baseboards were separated and not fixed prior to him moving in.Several outlets in the living room and bedrooms do not work, and the closet light doesn’t work as well. He’s also had several packages stolen from his door.He was told that the apartment only has one maintenance worker at the moment. It’s understandable that work requests may take longer, but it is ridiculous that they moved him into an an apartment that is subpar prior to moving in and still pays full rent for an apartment with this many issues.
