I originally thought this place to be of high standards. I met the property manager twice. I believed them to be fair and upright. I'm totally discussed with their conduct that they have displayed with tenants, good tenants recently. It's all about money! The LOVE of money is the root of all evil! People struggle at times. Where is your compassion when you have the power to show it? How do you, property manager sleep at night. I pray that when (because you will) you need to be shown compassion it will be granted.
Landmark actions are deplorable!

I just moved from out of state and it’s been hectic for me and the sweet Woman Lakshmi who works in the office has been very patient and kind. The other staff too but I love lakshmi! Work with her! As far as the apartments go. They don’t look to bad. You get what you pay for. Maintenance requests seem to get done at a timely manor ?? the location is ideal and I would recommend it.
I’m not sure what the other reviews on here are about. But so far so good!

Don't move here!!! They make it look great the prices on rent arnt even the same as what they say on ads once all the fees get added on you're over paying for what you actually get. Like trash service we take our own trash out yet still pay fees for it. Then when you first move in they give u a basket of goodies for ya unit & they give you a questionnaire packet that ask you of things that could be fixed in your unit for maintenance, then never actually send anyone to actually fix the things you stated were wrong. Were paying for the pool yet they're too lazy to clean it, it's only a hose in it no actual pump & filtration system and it's always people who don't stay there in it whenever it is clean. The car service area has glass all around it so if you take you're car there it might mess you're tires up. My kitchen sink handle is backwards like someone threw it together. The tubs are old and spray painted. My unit has 3 plugs that have electrical problems some don't work & one sparks badly so the unit is in risk of a fire. My bathroom sinks draw fell off as soon as I tried to open it the first week there. People are always Arguing and yelling outside. It's really just ghetto as heck tbh. Don't move here it sucks & it's not worth the prices ?

Do not rent with these dumps disguised and priced as luxury apartments. They will send you to collections for having a balance after moving over a year ago WITHOUT trying to notify of a balance at all. I literally provided them a forwarding address. Not to mention the manager Rachel has always had the most rude, cold, and un caring tone ever. Just rent somewhere if you can help it.

It appears that they deleted all of the other bad reviews. Take it from me. Do not move here. It is extremely unprofessional and not as advertised online.

Move here only if you dont expect any repairs to get fixed, the swimming pool to be open daily (pumping system always down and no qualifed person to test the water). They present a good front, showing you the apartments but once you sign the lease best of luck. I had a leak in my 2nd bedroom and it took me going to the managers regional manager to get results 3 month later. This is just one major issue I had. It was clean and now they kept my security deposit and still telling me I owe them a fee for cleaning move out. Rent if your expectations for anything are extremely low.

I’m going to add another 1-star review because these people are unreal. Very unprofessional and management is so rude. Here I am, moved to another state and applied for another apartment and come to find out, they have an eviction on my record from October 2022. I paid the balance and didn’t move out until February 2023. When I left, Rachel informed me there would be no eviction on my record, which there shouldn’t be. Now I’m trying to call and figure out what’s going on, and one of the leasing consultants states that she has no record of me ever living there and no balance and states that Rachel is unavailable. Called back the next day and no one is answering the phone. So now I’m being ignored when all I want to know is what the heck is going on. I regret ever living here. DO NOT MOVE HERE! All you will get is the runaround and no straight answers- oh and yeah-eviction notices that should not be on your record. I really don’t understand how these apartments still exist.

The office staff are professional and friendly. The amenities include a gym area and a pool. The grounds of the apartment complex are well maintained. The location is situated near shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. You will be in walking distance to the Riverwalk. The apartment complex is relatively quite neighborhood.

If i could give it 0 stars I would. This apartment was the worst place i’ve lived in. We lived here for 2 years. The problems started when we moved in. In the bathroom the ceiling leaks on us from the upstairs neighbor. We have reported this soooo many times. Way too many to count. The photos below are the ceiling now. Gross right it’s been like that for months. They refuse to fix it. I had to call DHEC for them to even look at it. Then when you move in you’ll get a good price but it’ll go up every time you renew the lease. Trust me it’s not worth your time and money. That’s why me and my boyfriend are leaving. This place is horrible to live in. I should’ve known from the reviews. Yes, take this as sign. Don’t do it!

I would very much rather live in a cardboard box than continue to live at Landmark at Pinecourt. The 1 star is extremely generous. Starting off I was catfished. I’m active duty military and when I came down on orders to SC I began apartment searching online to avoid having to stay in an hotel when I arrived to SC. I opted to do a virtual tour and was sent pictures and videos of what I can only assume was their model apartment, it was like receiving pictures of Chris brown and in person it was Ice JJ fish. There was a floorboard patched up with duct tape, there was a portion of the bathroom ceiling that was separating from the rest of the ceiling which I later found to be because maintenance thought it’d be a great idea to patch a hole in the ceiling with USPS boxes. Don’t dare open both racks of the dishwasher at the same time or else your dishwasher was falling out the frame. Literally every doorknob in the unit has fallen off and apart and some point, even locking me out of the apartment a couple of times. None of the light switch covers are actually screwed into the wall, and I just feel like if they put as much effort as they did into finding fake screws and channeled that into finding real screws…like they would probably actually stay in the wall like their supposed to. My stove didn’t work properly for a year. My soul has left my body countless times watching roaches crawl out of the piece of ceiling that began to separate from the rest in the bathroom. There have been several attempts to break into my car. There’s some weird people that like to stand ominously in the wood line and scream. When it comes to maintenance think bottom of the barrel. I watched these folks superglue my microwave handle back on and it wasn’t even good glue because it still ended up breaking. My water heater rusted at the bottom and they attempted to gaslight me saying it wasn’t that big a deal and there was nothing really wrong with the water heater despite the fact that it’s flooded my bathroom on multiple occasions. My washer machine hasn’t worked in almost 2 months, crickets when I ask about that. Talking to management is like talking to a manipulative wall. I won’t name drop but she knows who she is. You make a complaint and it’s going to be turned around on you. Example: I go to the leasing office to inquire about a timeline for when my washer machine will be fixed and when my water heater will be replaced. She says maintenance said your dogs were out. Unfortunately this lie didn’t work out very well for them as my dogs are never left out and my girlfriend was home at the time and said that no one had made any attempts to enter the unit. Then she moved on to the fact that somehow my dog wasn’t in their records even though I had to provide my ESA letter and vet records for my pup when I first moved in. At this point she’s continuing to reach stating that she didn’t understand where all the complaints were coming from because I renewed my lease recently. I quite literally only renewed my lease because I was TDY in school and was unable to come home to pack all of my things. Notice how none of these things have anything to do with my original complaints. That is how all of your conversations with management will go. DO NOT RENT HERE. If you value your peace of mind & your blood pressure scratch Landmark at Pinecourt off of your list!!

Worst apartment complex ever. They lie about literally everything. Lived here for about 3 1/2 years. When it was time for me to move out, they kept my deposit. They said I had a dog when I hadn’t lived in the unit for the last half year(living with bf) of my lease. Aside from that, I couldn't possibly have a dog, as I’m allergic lol. Also, expect at least a 1 month wait on any maintenance orders placed. If you still decide to move there after reading these reviews- good luck!

I have lived at this apartment complex for 6 years and it’s been horrible! Property manager name Rachel is very disrespectful and I would not recommend anyone to move here moving out as soon as my lease is up

I wouldn't rent with this place after everything. There's many reasons to not. I wouldn't give them one star but I have to on here.
If you want to be stressed out about something going wrong here then go for it. But be prepared for maintenance to suck and to be disrespected by management. As well as things not being fixed for over a month. But of course still having to pay for said broken things.

I’ve lived at Landmark at Pine court for 3 years and my experience living here was uncomfortable and inconvenient. I lived in a 1 bed and 1 bath no washer or dryer and my first years rent was 1,050 within my 3 years of living here my rent went up $200 extra my last bill was $1330. When i would put in a request for maintenance to fix anything around the apartment it would take months for them to come, but they would come with no warning. One time they came into my room while i was sleeping and went straight to work just completely violating my privacy. The worst part is my passport, sneakers, and polo shirts have gone missing and I’ve went up to the office to speak with a young lady and she said she would “look into it” and never heard from her again. They also forcibly extracted my pantry and laid my items on the floor, stove, and counter, to put in a washer and dryer that i did not ask for that also raised my water, and electric bill. This is a complex that will drain your pocket dry and sell you a lemon. Do your research and Please go elsewhere
