Mr. Bill Nunnery who left a bad review needs to get his facts straight. #1"the man who owns the store" made his $$ years ago. Mr. Nunnery don't you know that Kroger is one of the largest grocers in the US. $2 Also haven't you seen the destruction of Richland Mall across the street? And if you read the news there will be a 100,000sq grocer there. There are several in Columbia already. Kroger on Forest Dr may not be perfect but they have everything you need and the employees and management are great.

From most recent visit, Ms Lisa gave this business a five star for being nice, polite & helpful; only if everybody was as nice as she was unless she's nice to me & others don't see that side of her?

This is the store where I go each week for my shopping. It's not necessarily the greatest grocery store in Columbia, but it has mostly all I need and I KNOW WHERE IT ALL IS! If you're going to reorganize the whole store, please make it easier on the shoppers to find where the new home of everything is?

I love the items and prices at krogers...but customer service sucks especially on forest drives.. u can barely find a manager to speak with..an customer service has attitudes. Been searching for a item for the past 3 weeks that they have been out of stock on..but no manager to speak with..smh

We usually go here, convenient and usually a good experience. Until tonight, had the best experience. Crystal made this normal grocery store experience into a joy. She has such a light and is so kind and fast. So grateful to have had such a pleasant experience!
