59 minutes agoNEWDO NOT MOVE HERE : I've had a terrible experience with this company. Starting lease sun March of 2023 Irene Blanco stated she would not do a walk through due to it “not being her job and she doesn’t get paid for that. “ Mrs.Blanco stated that Shauna received compensation for newly leasing tenants and since she wasn’t there Ms.Blanco told me to find the apartment and let her know of any issues . First and foremost the apartment had not be 2:cleaned and there was visible mold growing under the sink and the sink had a leak. I had sighted German roachs and reported to the office . The living conditions were unsafe for my children and me. Despite multiple reports to corporate about the issues, nothing was addressed. The last straw was the unresolved roach infestation and the boiler not working pass the 14 day time period . There was also a work order placed for mold remediation and as of October 6, 2023 at 2:39 pm management stated that the work order was still in progress. As of November 6th the day of move out Irene Blanco had failed to remediate the infestation and mold remediation as it was past 14 days time frame and had violated the leasing contract by leaving my home without heat for over 14 days and not addressing mold in two months as the original report was documented for a second time in September . The German roach infestation damaged my furniture, posing health risks to my children. After leaving the property, Shauna was rude, refused a walk-through, and corporate ignored my complaints. Despite providing video proof of the apartment's condition, my security deposit hasn't been returned as of December 4, 2023. I will be posting a Google review to alert others about the apartment complex conditions.

Been living there for two years , management very inconsiderate of your loyalty in living there and being an unproblematic Tenant , not only that they have roaches pest control dosent come like they suppose to it’s just ridiculous, you will pay the same thing at a better place highly dont recommend.

From the very beginning the entire staff has been welcoming and accommodating. They seem eager to create change and are upgrading units with each new tenant. We are very pleased with the cleainess of our unit at move in. The staff are very friendly which makes it easy to interact and connect with them for any reason. Our kids are loving the clean playground.

Irene the most loving property manager she is very understandable and caring. She definitely will get back to you in the appropriate timeframe when you leave her messages if she’s unavailable. She’s very respectable!! Go Irene !! I love you !

The staff is amazingly helpful and wonderful to work with. The maintenance crew comes to our aid asap! The community is making a turn for the better! Cozy for sure!

I have lived here for 5 years and the people have been great!! The manager prior to Nina and Nina herself were awesome to work with!! Shanna is just a sweetheart to talk to when we come into the office with a problem. The maintenance guys, Joseph & John, are the best!! The actually came back and fixed a problem that I have been asking to get done 4 years ago!! They didn't tell me there was nothing they could do about it...then, they found the leak in my A/C unit from since I moved in. They where determined to find it and they did!! I am finally getting a new unit. I love it!

Shanna Roberts has been the most awesome person ever! Her attitude is on point and she goes above & beyond to help figure out any issues that may come about. She’s understanding, caring, & doesn’t look at her residents as just numbers. She makes you feel welcome in her complex & explains things thoroughly. Shanna is a person who really deserves kudos for her exceptional customer service skills & overall caring personality! You can really come to her for anything!

We have been here almost one year and having many issues, roaches, broken ac no heat throughout the winter, holes inside and outside the apartment, as well as no viable parking for tenants. The parking lots are always full when I get off work at predawn hours and often park at the office on camera in a well lit area thus leaving my vehicle vulnerable to the poaching of towing company costing two hundred and seventy dollars. The choice between personal safety and obscene costly parking needs addressed!

My AC has been broken for a month, the only thing management tells me is "the parts are on back order." I found the parts on Amazon an hour later. Again, My AC has been broken for A MONTH.*No, they have not tried to contact me. Zero emails, Zero phone calls, not even a knock on the door. If you're going to respond to the review, at least don't lie to save face.*

I started looking for an apartment in the northeast and had looked at 3 or 4, then came to Wildwood South and talked with Irene. She was so helpful and pleasant to talk with and she gave great advice to get everything done in a short amount of time. Wildwood had the apartment open and Irene sealed the deal for me. If you are looking for an apartment in this area you can’t beat the professionalism and informative response you will get from Irene, she is a big reason I signed my lease with Wildwood South.
