I told the staff that was working that I live 5 hours away but this did not hinder them from going out of their way to help me despite the possibility that I may not purchase anything from them due to the distance. Their service had made me want to try to purchase from them despite the distance and I will try. Thank you!”

“12 years ago my husband & I found this store when we were building our home. We outfitted almost the entire interior with quality items that are still serving us well (cabinets, entire bathroom & kitchen, wood flooring, tile & slate). Over the weekend when choosing where to go for an add on bathroom in the basement we decided to go back, since we had such good luck there so many years ago. Andrew was very accommodating and efficient in helping us with our purchases & even helped out with changing out an item (oops, our fault not theirs) after the sale. Same manager was there that helped us out 12 yrs ago! Great to see a business still going strong & doing right by customers consistently. Side note..... did I mention the prices are very reasonable ?”

“I got a new cuisine art coffee maker for $30 and I’m so happy. The customer service representatives were very friendly even though I came in 15 minutes before close. The store is well kept and there are tons of things to choose from. I plan to go back to get some more items for my home.”

“I am only giving OLLIE'S 5 stars, because I love OLLIE'S, if I didn't like the fun stuff I find I honestly wouldn't visit due to the staff. VERY rude and pushy. We walked in at 515 and she yelled WE CLOSE AT 6 O'CLOCK AND THE REGISTERS CLOSE AT 645!! While we checked out we had to listen to her YELL at EVERY single customer that walked in that they are closing!! I understand the employees are obviously excited to go home, but they can't forget that the customers coming in is the reason they have a job and are there. Don't expect to go home at 6pm on the dot when you work retail. If so, they might need to find another job. Good luck customers, if you see OR HEAR this person, laugh for me cause you will know immediately who I am referring to.”
