We greeted shortly after we the. The salesman answered of our questions explaining all of the options. The finance person was very courteous giving all options available. A pleasant experience.

This shopping experience has been one of a lifetime... Ms Priscilla was patient with me and tolerated my indecisiveness more than the law should have allowed Miss Julie was informative gave me realistic expectations and her kindness was truly genuine, Mr James found me SPECIFICALLY WHAT I WANTED ? and Mr James knowledge and experience and efficiency when drawing up my quotes (there were multiple due to me being indecisive) was truly the grand finale on my in-store experience Miss Belinda called me to let me know that my furniture came in two weeks ahead of schedule and tolerated my giddy School girl high-pitched tone of excitement but kindly and professionally kept me on task when she needed information regarding my delivery to make it successful one last but certainly not least Mr Ron and mr Pete my delivery professionals were efficient professional and patient and took every piece of debris with them ensuring I had no clean up after delivery I appreciate everyone at the kimbrell's location and will be back to do much more business in the future this team is definitely one well put together... They seem more like family than coworkers

WONDERFULLLLLLL experience! everybody was so personable and caring, they even played with my son and gave him a coloring page while we waited. they made sure i had options and helped me choose the best one for my family, my budget and my style choice. really made my first move out a breeze and a rememberable experience!!

I absolutely love coming into Kimbrell on Marshall street. There are 3 young ladies that’s so pleasant and they go that extra mile. There’s a gentleman by the name James if it’s not on the floor he will find what I need. To the ladies that works in Kimbrell on Marshall Street. Y’all have a loyal customer for life. Y’all make it easy to shop for anything u need for your house without going broke. Thank you so much for helping me to find a washer for my home. Thank you u guys are the best!!!!
